Lindsey is going to die plain and simple…its pretty sad no one really cares for the life of 1 person…i would be ashamed of myself if I were her Mom or Dad…great parenting you two…are you that much in denial of your daughters problems….She looks like sh*t!..her face is very gaunt and puffy…my guess is its not her appendix at all,but maybe its something to do w/her liver!…Its a sad day when it “might” take the death of someone,(lindsey,nicole ritichie,britney,ect…)to awaken you very dense people(parents,friends,maagers,ect…)you all are very pathetic!

She probably should rest more, but I did see a doctor on television comment on her, and stated that the operation is very simplified and she'd be released the same day and recouperation would be easy.
She seems to have terrible luck though.

When I had my appendix removed, I was in the hospital for a week and a day, then was basically house bound for a week after that.

Sorry, but I find it extremely hard to believe this kid had her appendix removed a few days ago. I'm calling bulls**t on this one.

She is so wreckless!!! I mean come on, can you not stay out of a club for more than a few days!!!! She has more problems than just drinking. Not to mention she looks HORRIBLE!

I'm tried of looking at her puffy face racing through a paparazzi frame on the way to a party; it's getting painful to watch. Someone needs to tie that girl up and make her rest, she looks *forty*. It's sad.

I agree loathing...there IS NO WAY she has recovered this quickly. I was so sore I could not walk for days as was everyone else I know....unless of course she is hopped up on alcohol and drugs to where she doesnt feel the pain. With her, very possible.

She does appear to be gaining weight. If you look at the top of her thigh right below her shirt you can see that she has tights or pantyhose on.

The sight of Lindsay makes me sick, literally....she looks bloated and yucky.....

Did anyone confirm she actually got her appendix out?? I don't buy it. In my book she & Brit are running neck in neck for ZERO sympathy. They are both so insecure they think the whole world will forget about them if they don't get out literally every night. Sad, sad, sad.

In my opinion, the bigger celebs keep a lower profile.

I guess we'll just have to keep an eye on her when she starts wearing bathingsuits soon. If she really did have an appendectomy, there will be a scar.

Also, it is so pathetic that she can't stay home for a few days and rest afterwards. I think it is all a big lie.

I doubt its a lie, there was a surgeon commenting on her, and her operation on televison.

Here's my two cents:
1. I am not buying the "water" in the water bottle thing. Used that trick myself in college.
2. I believe her appendix is fine and well...
3. That "love me red" lipstick is brutal
4. My friend had that surgery and was hospitalized for 3 days and limping around for a week. Something about that appendix story smells a little fishy to me...

I say BS to the appendix removed too. I had mine removed and was in the hosp for3 days and home in pain for about 3 more. I read on another site she was out in a day and clubbing that same night.

I never post but this perplexes me...
I had my appendix out 6 months ago, was in the hospital for one day but it took me 4 days before I even went outside for the first time -- I walked to my mailbox and back and then slept for 2 hours! I had the regular surgery so maybe if she had laproscopic surgery she'd be able to go out but dang!!

When my boyfriend had his appendix out, he was out of the hospital the next day, and back to his old routine the day after that. It's very possible that she's up and about after the surgery, if they did it laproscopically.

She looks awful, though. She needs to take a long, long break. From EVERYTHING.

My friend JUST had her appendix out and because she's a model they made sure to do it laproscopically. She was out of the hospital in a day and the doctor kept her off work for 3 days snd told her to rest, relax, and stay off her feet for the first 2 days.

She's lookin' worn. Pity -- she use to be a cute girl (probably still is, but it's not showing so much, lately).

it just seems to me that she wouldn't be out clubbing the next day. I mean, I know i wouldn't be. LL just seems like she wants to do has much harm to herself as possible.

um....i cant believe people are buying the appendix story- i am sure she payed the hospital or doctor to say this while she was getting her lips injected with some major restalyne-
cant people tell that she had some minor work done (who knows what else)...
why do celebrities lie about getting work done?- i get my botox every 4 months and have no problem telling people!

I don't believe she's sober. She's trying way too hard to put up a front, she's been walking around with that water bottle for two months now.

Crock! When a friend of mine had her appendix removed she was in the hospital for a week, and at home for two more weeks, in a great amount of pain partially because it's an invasive surgery and partially because it's incredibly difficult to poop for a while. I call bullsh*t on Lohan.

Se - Dr's have a code of ethics they have to follow, a patient can decide whether they want something disclosed to others or not, but the Dr. generally can't lie about what's being done or what has been done...

... that being said Dr.'s are human and she could have found someone willing to take enough money to lie for her!

And I agree, she looks awful in this picture. If she really did have her appendix out, she most likely had it laproscopically and still should not be up walking around, the body just needs time to heal!

I think the water bottle is a permanent prop. I'm sure she thinks she's so smart - "oooohh, I'll just carry a water bottle around and nobody will think I'm drinking." Might work if it weren't for the fact you look bloated and 50, you stupid skank!

It never ends with her. I agree with the person above who said she's going to die, plain and simple. You just can't treat your body like that forever. It will give out on you eventually. I feel like we're all just watching and waiting for the train wreck that is inevitable. I can't stand her, but the sheer waste that is her life makes me very sad.

When I had my appendix out 3 yrs ago it was very minor laproscopic surgery. Was admitted in the evening, had it out at about 10pm, and was discharged at noon the next day. Granted, I didn't go clubbing afterwards, but I was by no means bedridden. I was given pain pills and wasn't allowed to lift more than 10 lbs for a week. It was just three itty bitty incisions, no big deal at all.

i want some of her water, i have had a rough day, her water some tonic and a lime.
