Anna Nicole and attorney/possible husband and baby-daddy Howard Stern attended the James Toney vs. Sam Peter fight at the Seminole Hard Rock in Florida over the weekend. She may be back from the Bahamas but that doesn't mean that trouble is over for the former Guess model. A judge recently ordered her to submit her daughter to a paternity test, and the word is, she's looking for a way to hide the millions she thinks is coming to her from her late husband. Here's more:
“Now that a judge has ordered a paternity suit so that Larry Birkhead can determine if he is, indeed the father, Anna’s scared,” says a source. “Anna’s no legal eagle, but the idea of a dummy or shell corporation is something she learned in her fight over [her late husband] J. Howard Marshall’s estate. And, of course her lawyer [Howard K. Stern, the man Smith says is the baby’s father] explained it to her.”
The insider says that Smith is “still waiting for that money from Marshall’s estate to come through, and she shouldn’t hold her breath.”
Even though her biggest nemesis, Marshall’s son, has died, the estate is prepared to fight it, says the source, adding, “She’s looking to protect assets that she doesn’t really have and from what I hear, isn’t likely to get.”

I feel bad for her - but if that photographer guy is the father, it's not right that she kept the baby from him. BTW, Howard Stern had a nose job - he looks much better now.
2Anna lives in her own little drug induced fantasy. She knows damn well that baby is Birkhead's.. I hope when the paternity test comes back with that fact that they go after her and Howard for perpetuting fraud..

15i think she looks pretty good here...anna didn't marry her husband until AFTER she was already famous as a guess model in the 90's, she deserves to get some money...so she has some issues we all do it's just that most of ours arent played out for the whole world to see...

25She walked, or should I saw shuffled, past me at the fight on Saturday night. She could not pick her feet up off the ground.. and she just looked so foggy. Mickey Roarke was there too.. OMG.. he looks like the walking dead.
26The new tattoos she just got could not have been done by a very good tattoo artist because they look horrible. There are some amazing artists that can do wonderful portraits of people and the person who did it certainly isnt one of them.

33gagirl - he got a nose job some time between her reality show and now - it was a lot bigger and more bent before. When he was on her show I remember thinking he needed one.

35New2man, obviously you haven't had someone you were extreamly close to die...Like a child or sibling. You have your ups and downs, it's moment to moment in the begining and then day to day and so on and so on. So what if she seems to be having a good time? When someone close to you dies the one thing you should do is get out of the house. When my 21 year old sister died 2 months ago all my friends came to my house and forced me to go out and be with them. It was one of the best things they could have done for me. I'll be forever greatful for them for doing that because it really helped. I was actually able to smile after doing nothing but crying from the moment I found out. Can you really blame her for wanting to go out and have a good time? Have you cried for days and weeks on end? Probably not.
When her son first died I did not understand her when I saw her in the interviews. I didn't get why she seemed to be on an emotional rollercoaster and now I do. Also, I now understand why she was on medication after her sons death. You'll never understand the emotional & physical termoil that kind of event will have on your life until it happens to you. I hope that you don't have to ever go through such an experience.
She deserves to have a good day. Also, I can tell you she isn't "happy" as you would know it. Yes she's smiling...but she's not happy. Happy and normal are completely different after someone so close to you (your child or sibling) dies.
