It's not about her skin tone, it's about the hair color & clothes she's chosen to wear with it not being flattering.

I agree with the 'pale skin' comments. First posts about LLohan's fake tan (which looks disgusting, I agree), and now picking on people who, unlike Lindsay, don't have a fake tan.

Also these pictures or the light might just not be flattering for the colour/skin match.

Not her best hair color. She should stick to the marissa color. It works so well with her skin tone.
