11I certainly hope everyone will get recognition but honestly, having The Departed for best SCREENPLAY??? you gotta be kidding me, this movie is a REMAKE, and it's a fact!!!
12And believe me, Im a big fan of the original film, "Infernal Affairs" which was one of a hell of a good movie - and it came out only 2 YEARS AGO!!!! - I just don't understand why Marty had to do a REMAKE of such a great movie!!! The Departed was a good movie, but not as good as the original, gimme a break, Marty didnt even acknowledge the very existence of "Infernal Affairs" during press conference in Europe, when 70% of the movie is mainly copied/pasted in dialogues, situation and context, I was alsmot ready to boycott his movie after that!!!
Im so annoyed by this "remake" frenziness, now they gonna remake a fantastic French movie called "36", I mean, please US residents, tell me, do you have anything against foreign/non English movies? Are the studio going totally crazy, or are they right to remake movies coming from Europe because you dont want to see them??? Im worried honestly, the cinema of today can be so cool, look at Babel which is a wonderful international movie, but then again it's partly in English...

Matt D was awesome in the Departed. And Brad was good in Babel too - something about that pic too. Makes me feel...weird?! But happy. I dunno?!
13Why is Brad so...arousing...in that picture? weren't they supposed to fug him up for this role? they did a bad job, but kudos to them.

I think that everyone should go see Children of Men .. underrated film of the 2006 year in my opinion.
