Jennifer Lopez wasn't about to let a couple of buns in the oven prevent her from hitting up NY Fashion Week earlier today. There have been rumors recently that J Lo has already gone into labor, but obviously it's not true. It's impressive that she got all fancied up in the final weeks of her pregnancy (in insanely high heels, no less), but she doesn't look all that comfortable. As it turns out, J Lo apparently has spent a lot of her pregnancy in dresses and even wanted to pay homage to Marchesa. She said,
“I haven’t gone out a lot for the past few months, but Marchesa has been incredibly good to me. They are just amazing! People make fun of me because when I do have them over to my house I do have a dress on. I don’t like the way the sweats look with the extra weight. I like to feel good about myself even at home. Right now the best thing I can do for myself, for my body is to keep resting which is not easy for me. I like keeping busy and it is very hard because if they say ‘be off your feet for four hours a day’, I’m like ‘oh, God!’ It’s hard.”
We don't blame her for getting a little stir crazy, but hopefully this mom-to-be is still spending plenty of time taking it easy and resting up before her big due date, because she's going to be hard-pressed to find free time once she has a baby on each arm.

9I give her credit for being out when she must be uncomfortable. However, if I was pregnant with twins I don't think I'd wear that dress or those shoes. But then again, I'm obviously not jlo *lol* Marc does look incredibly thin, almost like a cardboard cut out.

She looks happy but a bit tired. She's way too huge for that dress, and those heels are too dangerous to be walking/waddling in while so far along during a pregnancy. Her husband always creeps me out; his face is always so skeletal.

33Give the lady a break! I don't know when she's due - everyone keeps saying it must be soon, but have they ever said? I am just grateful that I do not have to be in the spotlight for other women to judge.
Most women in pregnancy retain water at the end. Your face gets puffy. She must be in incredible shape to be able to wear heels, is all I've got to say.

36wow... she looks like joan rivers in the face. now that she's gained a significant amount of weight, it is obvious that she's had a lot of plastic surgery on her face (eye lift, rhinoplasty, and maybe cheek implants). her face is like an abstract picasso painting, nothing is where it's supposed to be.

39Whatever to all these negative comments. I'm happy for her. She's having a boy and a girl and looks great. She does have that pregnancy glow. No one ever always looks good when they go out even our dear celebrities so give her a break. Dish on her after she's given birth.
As far as the dress I don't care for it, but she can't always wear a long flowy gown like she did at the UNICEF benefit. I do love the shoes though and I'm actually liking her in heels it's her style. I know skelator couldn't lift her if she fell in those shoes but I'm sure there's a bodygaurd somewhere and she does have great ankle support so leave her alone about the shoes.

i cant believe shes out and about and in those heels...im 13 days away from my due date, and barely wanna make it to our dinner out once a week in my comfy shoes...lol. but then again it may have to do with the fact i have a 3 year old who i have to take care of till my husband comes home from work. so that can add to the tiredness.
