Way to go Brit! For the second year in a row Britney has topped Mr. Blackwell's 47th annual Worst Dressed Women List. This year she tied for the number 1 spot with her ex-BFF Paris. Mr. Blackwell called them, "two peas in an over-exposed pod" and "style-free and fashion deprived," Blackwell dubbed Spears and Hilton the "Screamgirls."

Its SO OBVIOUS that he only picks popular names that old azz has heard at some point because if he actually new of how these people dressed they wouldn't be on this STUPID list. As much as I hate Paris she does wear very upscale designer outfits and seems to put herself together very well. Her dresses are constantly paired off with other celebs who happen to be wearing the same thing. Christina hasn't looked horrible for years now. I like Paris's clothes! well, most of the time. Brit was truely awful this year, but I think Paula, Tory, Mariah were way worse, & those damn fugly Olsen twins are WAY worse. I agree that LL should be on there. Sure she has nice clothes but she can't wear em. & i really like Sandra Oh. anyone else notice that Diane Keaton isn't on the list this time!
19Really its Mary kate that dresses like a homeless bum ( and thats giving her credit ) and I think she should be number one she looks bad 24/7. I love Brit- but yeah, she has NO clue how to dress herself, if I had the money either one of the girls had - plus their bodies Id look Fabulous all the time! Theres no damn excuse. Britney's first green dress I actually liked apart from the fact that it showed too much boob, and I wasn't a fan of the wrap she had over it.
this list sucks. christina dresses great for her body and has had really great style since she got married. paris should not be tied for number. she shouldnt even be on the list. just because she's annoying doesnt mean she dresses poorly.

Paris always looks good. She SO shouldnt be on the list. Britney definitely deserves to be though. Christina looks decent now, but it's one-look and gets boring. LL has hits or misses but at least she's interesting.
29As most people have already said, I agree with Britney being #1. But Paris (who I really don't care for) dresses WAY better than Britney. Paris usually has way too much make up on, but her clothes are usually cute.
I also disagree with Christina being on there. This year she has made a huge transformation, and I think People voted her the best dressed. I think she looks great.

49You know, I'm no fan of Paris Hilton but I don't think she's a bad dresser at all. She's always fairly covered up, her dresses aren't super short, etc... It's more her behavior that is unattractive (such as getting up on a bar so people can take pictures UP her skirt, etc...) in my opinion.
