Cameron Diaz was out enjoying the sunny weather in LA over the weekend, but some cloudy business affairs in NYC are getting in the way of all her fun. Apparently she and Ellen Pompeo are both interested in the same $5.5 million apartment, despite Cameron having had her eye on the space longer. Cameron's real estate dreams would explain why she's spent so much time in NYC lately — but even if she becomes an East Coast homeowner, Cameron will always be the ultimate California girl. Come on ladies, aren't there enough lofts with four bedrooms and six terraces to go around?

4Oh Lonewolf... I live in Northern CA and it's 70 degrees here right now, so I can imagine it's probably warmer in LA. I moved here from Boston and I still can't get over the weather, I don't think it'll ever get old.
5Well, guys I'm from Montreal, Canada and it's -30 Celsius here (somewhere around -22 farenheit) so a tank top is the least thing on my mind right now! Glad though that some lucky Californian are actually casually walking around enjoying the sun today... oh how I wish I would be there too
