I totally agree with Zine, in fact I would take it further than what he proposes. The paparazzi and the media's complicity in their underhanded, sneaky, disrespectful, invasive activity is disgusting and needs to be moderated. You would think media outlets wouldn't purchase obviously aggressive or intrusive material, but since most do not seem to care, laws must be put in place to protect these people. Everyone deserves a measure of privacy, imo.

WOW! Major improvement! Nothing special, but she cleaned up well. It's much better than wearing short shorts with cheap, ripped fishnet stockings and an inside out, cheap t-shirt with those hideous brown boots. Actually, I like one of the boots she always wears. Not the brown Cowboy boots, but the beige Chloe Bay boots. My sister has them in black. Love Brit!

She looks human here. Wow. I don't think I've seen pants with zippered ankles in like 20 years. If I did see them they were wedged between a pair of acid wash Gitanos and some Jordache in Goodwill.

I agree with Zine and chakra_healer, there MIGHT need to be a law. But, um, this is a gossip website, right? And we're all reading it and looking at the pictures and commenting on them, so, we're condoning the paparazzi and the media's pursuit of celebrities. If it weren't for people like you and me, chakra_healer, there would be no market for invasive pictures and if there's no market for it, there wouldn't be any pictures taken and Britney could go to Starbucks without so much as a paparazzi foot under the tire! By all reports, Britney encourages the paparazzi, so if you really think she needs to be protected by a law, perhaps you should start by refusing to be complicit in her pursuit by the media.

wow for a second there i didn't even think the girl in the white shirt was her. i hope that they make that law and that it's enforced. it's really too much that these celebs can't even walk without being swarmed by papps. i can understand the need to photograph stars all the time but they need space too!

Silly3 I could not disagree more. The law is not stating that you can't take photos, they're saying they need to be licensed so that only select people can take the pictures and not hundreds of average joes looking to make a quick buck. Also, they would have to stay a respectable distance away which I think is very reasonable especially since they all have zoom lenses. There's absolutely no need to put a camara inches from someone's face. I also disagree that people like myself who visit gossip websites condone to this behavior. I come here because I'm bored. I try to catch up on gossip but that's about it. I could care less about photos. If popsugar was text only with no paparazzi photos, I would be just as fine with that. It's too bad that's a trend that won't catch on though.

Actually it's kind of sad that this her looking great when you have Rachel Bilson, Kate Hudson et al looking like a million times better, says a lot about how far she's fallen when looking like a cheap trick is her best!

Back in the day (namely the 80's) zippers on jeans were all the rage It's totally true though that she really could clean up all the way and look amazing, but this is a step in the right direction. I was watching a show on her old performances and when she started going down hill, and her eyes were so very sad. It made me feel really bad for her.

I think she looks improved. She looks fit and her tush looks great in those pants. I really love the shoes and would like to get a pair if anyone knows details (store, brand, etc.). I don’t understand why some of you are dissing her pants; I dislike them myself, however I also hate skinny jeans. I hate the fact that the 80’s fashion is back and that everything looks crappy, but that’s why there are so many styles out there for us to try. Anyhow, I think she looks great and I hope she takes as much time as she needs to make a full recovery. I also agree that however much we hate the paps we wouldn’t be able to enjoy all the juicy gossip or pictures if it weren’t for them. So I don’t mind the paps so long as they keep a nice distance; hey that’s why you have lens, to zoom in.

There is a difference between reporting on celebrities, which has been an activity for decades, and the relatively new actions of invasive paparazzi. Sticking cameras up actresses' skirts, trespassing, stalking the children of celebrities at school or play, trying to break into hospitals to get pics of a sick person, the first pic of a widow, endangering lives with reckless driving for a picture, etc. is not for the market in general. There's a niche for these sorts of photos, it is mostly online, and you know the sites, they are mostly based on celeb hating and insane criticism.

Fortunately, some publishers consider the source of photographs, even refusing to print those that are invasive, and maintain a policy of not supporting media practices which step over the line - there still needs to be a moderating force, tho. Not just for celebrities, but any newsworthy person who should be able to move freely and not fight a crush of chasing, yelling, abusive photographers at every turn.

I'm sorry, but last I checked pockets are supposed to be on the buns NOT below...she's a disaster...SHE BLOWS!!!
