Madonna slipped into a sexy see-through number to show off her latest project at the Berlin Film Festival in Germany today. Her film Filth and Wisdom marks the directorial debut she's been working on for the last year, and she was joined by her cast at a photocall and press conference for the film. The movie sounds pretty controversial and racy, but M was just happy to finally get her feet wet as a director. She said,
"I have always admired the art of filmmaking and the ability to tell a good story. After almost three decades of being in front of a camera, I decided to put my money where my mouth is. Filth and Wisdom was essentially my way of putting myself through film school. When the film was finished, I realised that they were all aspects of me, so the whole experience was both artistic and therapeutic."
Madonna has tried to see if her talents extend to another realm before, but we'd prefer to see the superstar in front of the camera rather than behind it.

Ok, I may be put on blast for this... but Madge is starting to dress age appropriate, and I think it's better. But she is starting to age...
1that dress is really aweful...you cant do matronly AND see through. that and its making her legs look like tree trunks.
2amazing what botox can do for a person lol
3thay are all starting to look like Cher what happened to aging gracefully with what God gave you?
4Hollywood fights aging tooth and nail. It's the industries, they don't want you to age, they don't show you as much if you age, so it's hard for celeb's to not fight it. You start appealing to a different age group, your fans age, but you aren't supposed to. Also, I honestly didn't realize the dress was sheer. I thought it was solid material. Yea, NO GOOD.
5i wonder what guy her director hubby thinks about her filmmaking....
6hmmmm interesting
7I love Madonna. I'm not loving her outfit here, though. She's a bit too old to pull off see-through.
8She does not even look like Madonna anymore - it is obvious that she has had major surgery, not just botox. She looks like Cher with Gwyneth's colours. NOT a good look for her.
9has she had some work done on her face? she looks different.
10She looks good, definitely had some work done but still, looks nice. LOVE those shoes!
11I love her but I observe something not natural going on with her face.
12She's had a crap ton of work on her face. She was only wearing sunglasses for how long?!??!
She must worship her surgeon(s).
13i was just about to say i think she had work done on her face because it looks very taut! she's really looking great though - i love her. i don't know how well she'll do at directing but i guess only time will tell...right?
14she looks gorgeous!! whether or not she's had work done (but she obviously has), she has a right to age however she wants...she's madonna!
15if you can't tell i'm not much of a madonna fan!
16MY GOOSH!!....HOW SEXY!!
SHE LOOKS SO HOT AND YOUNG....LOVE THE DREES AND HER BODY!
17Somebody's injected something into her cheeks and lips!
18she looks great, that dress flatters her beautiful figure.
19I love Madonna. She looks great. She is almost as old as my mom, and she looks my age. That is no way a 50 year old forehead. What do you expect? She's Madonna. I would love to know what products she uses, besides botox.
20"We'd prefer to see the superstar in front of the camera rather than behind it."
Well Pop, it's her first foray as a director. Give her a break and let her try something new for a change. On another note, she looks like she's voguing in these shots.
21I'm thinking botox, cheeks, and eyes. I'm not a fan of trying to stop the clock, but it could be much worse. She doesn't look like she's trying to look twenty or something.
22I agree. Something looks out of whack in her face and that dress is a little bit too much... I think it's being able to see her granny knickers that's bothering me.
23Anyone know what the movie is about?
24Someone got some work done.
25ZANG! WHO is her face doctor! HOT.
26I am not liking this hair she has been rocking lately-its too...Shirley Temple or something. I agree with the tree trunks comment. Love her though-can't wait to see how she is as a director, its gotta be better than Revolver, thats a given.
27Yeah the hair isn't working for her, and the dress shouldn't be see through either. I love Madge but she could do sooooooooo much better.
28ewww her face. I don't have many complaints against plastic surgery but then if you do it and then stop looking like yourself then i think it's too much.
29Nice brow lift. Looks awful.
30She's looking kinda plastic.
31I would give most anything for those shoes. I love them and she looks good.
32thanx to botox....but i dont see anything wrong with againg....
33I wonder if she's any good as a director?
Her face looks bizarre.
34Cute outfit!
35Alright, her face looks freaking weird.
It barely resembles her.
She needs to retire and stay at home and make cookies like a little old granny cos that what she should be!
36Don't like her hair, and the plastic surgery is too much.
The film is apparently about three struggling individuals, including a dancer, who have to go through a variety of ordeals to realise their professionals goals (or simply survive...). Apparently, the music in the film is quite good, you would not expect anything less from Madonna.
37Gawd, Madge looks like she's made of wax. American women are insane about aging; European women just do it gracefully.
38All American women? Being an American, I am definitely not insane about aging and would never subject my face to loads of needles to keep up with the latest. I agree, women are much more attractive if they age gracefully compared to the fake barbie-doll nasties who are out to prove something. Do these ladies realize that they look awful?
