Selma recently got a very dramatic haircut. When we first saw it we thought that maybe it was for a role, but it turns out it isn't. She said, "I was ready for a change. I think I’ve been trying so long to fit in to the long-hair girl kind of Hollywood thing and it's just not me." So what do you think? Can she pull this look off?

i love short hair cuts as long as they are styled properly and kept up..but this one is a little weird and rosie odonnell-ish....I'm just not sure yet. I do love her though, regardless.

Selma is definitely beautiful, and if she didn't want to conform to the Hollywood Barbie mold that's fine. But did she have to go to such a hideous extreme? The only way this "haircut" would be understandable was if she was working at a factory, and in some terrible accident, her hair got caught in a machine and the only way to save her was to do chop all her hair off with an ax.

Her hair does look better shorter, and I think she's one of the few girls that can actually handle a cut like that and make it look good.

I HATE HER HAIR SHORT. she looks like a guy, and it is kinda disgusting. i am not saying that short hair is disgusting, i like short hair, i have kinda short hair and my best friend has short hair, but it kinda looks a little DISCUSTING on her. Also the long hair Hollywood thing? that is SO not true. a lot of celebrities have short hair, i mean like Jessica Simpson, and a lot of other celebrities looked good with short hair (actually i didn't like Jessica's hair that much so that's a bad example) but i think she (Selma) (idk how to spell) LOOKS HORRIBE.
