Julienne and Trixie6 - yep. She has not looked happy at all lately. Looks like she's just been going through the motions and going along until she can get out from under her family's thumb.

I read that x-17 has a story that says she's been in contact with the lawyer who's filed to have her case moved to federal court. She supposedly told him, "I want my life back; I want to be able to drive my car; I want to be able to live in my house by myself. I want to say who is going to be my security guard. I want to see who I want to see at any time and make it happen." Then again, it is x-17 so...

Whichever personality this is- she should channel it more often because it suits her best.

Woop, I read that, but I also noted that of all the things she wants back....her kids are NOT on that list. Gee, that would be the first thing I would say, not "I want to be able to drive my car." She is clear... that's why she looks subdued and a little sad. Wouldn't you be sad after you woke up from a daze of drugs and realized all of the things you did and said (and what you looked like) while you were unhinged?

I personally do not believe that she is "back on meds", I personally think she is finally off the drug cocktails that she and others fed her and that she never needed to be fed in the first place. Uppers, downers, sleep inhibitors, sleep inducers, lack of sleep, bad nutrition, attention-enhancers... all fueled by alcohol, sugar and caffeine. That's what made her spiral down into insanity, it was never really insanity in the first place.

And all because she was a spoiled-rotten, lazy brat with a million dollar budget who petulantly pushed her parents away, leaving room for the REAL vultures to swoop in and for her life and career to crash and burn away. Team Mom&Dad&Bro all the way!! They are the ONLY way she'll ever see her sons again.

Britney is 26. She doesn't need her dad to control her money and tell her what to do. She was doing a great job screwing herself. Why does she need someone else to do it?

What's sad is reading these other stories that she's supposedly contacting this attorney about being held captive and stuff. Dont know if its true or just some crap that Lutfi is cooking up, but if its remotely true, that's really sad. Because this is the first time she's looked healthy and normal in well over a year.

She looks really good here. I can't help but pull for this girl. I don't think she is just some skanky girl (Paris, Lindsay..) I think she honestly has mental issues which is sad. I hope she gets the help she needs and stays with it.

I agree with Woop and Trixie. It would be nice if she could stay clean (in every respect) for a long while; maybe she'd discover that she actually likes it. But, I suspect when her Dad is no longer the conservator, things will revert back to how things were before. She's clearly unhappy but then it's been so long since I've actually seen pictures of her being genuinely happy about life.
