Mischa Barton looked like she was ready for Springtime with her super blonde hair and bright floral shirt, grabbing some dinner and doing a little shopping in LA on Saturday. She's ready for more than just a seasonal change, too — the starlet has been quietly dating a new man. Supposedly Mischa has become involved with Brett Simon, who directed her in her latest movie The Assassination of a High School President. We haven't seen Mischa with a guy since her not-so-clean breakup with Cisco Adler almost a year ago, so it's good to see that she's back out there, especially since it sounds like she's trading up.

13she really can't dress herself without the help of stylists on the set. the reason why people found her to be oh-so-stylish during the firs season of the O.C. was because there were stylists picking out the clothes for her. without them she really can't dress herself.
