After months of seeing on-set photos of the Sex and the City movie, we were starting to worry that we'd be totally sick of it by the time the actual release date rolled around. The teaser trailer piqued our interest but wasn't enough to warrant full on giddiness. Now, we've got the extended trailer for the movie (warning: it gives away some major plot points) and a real glimpse at Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, Charlotte . . . and, of course, Mr. Big. I won't tell you too much, but watch it below and let us know — are you excited (again) for the Sex and the City movie?

3As much as I'm going to try to fight the urge I just know all my Gay Boyfriends are going to be all over it. I'm happy they finished did the movie because Life isn't a fairytale and Mr.Big wasn't going to change after-all - also Samantha my favorite can't wait.
4oh, it looks so fab! even though I kinda wish they would've just let the whole thing be, I'm a huge fan of the show and it looks like it's translated into a movie really well.

16i'm excited to see this! and big and carrie BETTER finally get together. aidan is married with a kid, can't come back, though they did make a good couple. i wish they'd bring back some of the other characters just to see what became of them. remember burger? he was so sweet and the guy that made carrie kind of nuts (she was searching his apt and he came home) i think that episode was called "circus freaks".

42you know i was actually scared that it was a big mistake for this show to turn into a movie - but i saw the clip before it disappeared and it was great! it's not going to be the best movie ever - but definitely a fun movie date for you and your girlfriends..

44Bluecanary don't feel bad. I loved the show and I have to admit it celebrated A LOT of shallowness. But it sure was pretty to look at and the boys and the comedy made it worthwhile. Plus classic lines that people (i.e. me) still quote "wait Wait I lost my Choo!"

46Thanks for not kicking me out bransugar! It was probably one of those shows you had to watch from the beginning to really get into it. (not like I'm sitting around just watching pbs, I probably like lots of stuff considered shallow!)
