We've already heard about how much Milo Ventimiglia loves his girlfriend Hayden's GQ spread, so naturally he had no problem getting an eyeful of her new ads at an event for Candie's in LA on Thursday night. Inside the party, the model herself got all done up and rubbed elbows with the likes of Kristin Cavallari. These two probably had plenty to talk about, since they share an ex boyfriend, but it looks like there weren't any hard feelings between them. Now that Hayden has moved onward and upward, maybe the two wavy blondes shared a few jokes about their similar love interest.

5to each his own I guess....I know their are big age gaps between celeb couples but that's like 30 and 42 vs. 18 and 30. There is a huge difference in maturity level..18 y.o. is still a baby so that's why I think it weirdens people out a bit.

14I can't speak for anyone else, but it's not the actual age difference that bothers me, it's the fact that she's 18, and he's 30 ... that's a huge difference maturity wise ... not to mention the fact that before she turned 18 everyone was like "no they're not together, I'd have a conversation with them if they were" and then as soon as she turned 18 all that talk stopped and they started stepping out together ... I think it's just odd for a 30-year-old to want to be with an 18-year-old.
15I think Hayden is very mature. Hayden is very an issues. When Hayden speaks I always feel like I am listening to a very intelligent young woman. Hayden doesn't say "like" every other word. Hayden doesn't party and she really impresses me with her save the Whales work. I am 19 and I make better choices than most people have my age. I don't do drugs and drink. While you have some adults doing just that. Milo isn't dating her age, he is dating Hayden. Hayden is 18, yeah, but their is an amazing person who just happens to be 18. I resent that whole your 18 or 19 and don't have the skill needed to think for yourself thing.

Britney Sears pulled it off for a long time, remember? It's the fact that Milo should know better. Any 30 year old man who's dating an 18 year old GIRL has some issues that need to be taken care of. All of his comments surmise that he's dating Hayden because she's got a hot young body, NOT because he digs her for her mind.
And I'm not all that amazed with her Save the Whales drama. Seems like a lot of huffing and puffing to me. When she actually passes legislature instead of just causing a scene, someone let me know. Thanks.

19I don't get all the questions this relationship brings about, these aren't regular people, they are hollywood people, this relationship has everything going against it, not necessarily b/c of an age gap but b/c it's in hollywood, the person that said the relationship would work, how do you figure that? her career is getting hot and chances are when one career is going up the other is going down, he is older than her and had alot more years in hollywood, and she has alot of years to conquer hollywood. The bigger her star gets the bigger chance the relationship will suffer, they are having fun I don't have a problem with it, but we really know nothing about this couple b/c they don't really talk about there relationship it is really knew so people can't really make conclusions as to what is actually going on, but people are free to speculate.
How many hollywood young up and comers have lasting relationships. It doesn't matter how mature or how old you act, Lindsay Lohan grew up in Hollywood just like Hayden did and seemed mature at first but obviously got caught up when she hit it really big, the same thing could happen to Hayden, b/c you don't know her you just can't make that conclusion. I'd like to add that I like her determination to stick with the causes she feels passionate about, hopefully no matter what happens she'll stick with that( doesn't mean she'll manuever hollywood unscathed, look at pamela anderson, she's the spokesperson for peta( has been for years) and she is arguably a hot mess, who can't keep a relationship going. Being passionate about causes and maturity level have nothing to do with knowledge about relationships and how to keep them going, the girl has had one boyfriend before this, give her time to get it right. milo is not going to be the last guy she dates.

25This is my mandatory response when people talk about these two and their age gap. How come people don’t bring up in Johnny Depp posts that he was engaged to Winona Ryder when she was 18 and there was an 8 year difference or that he dated Kate Moss when she was 19 and there was an 11 year age gap or in Brad Pitt posts that he was dating Juliette Lewis when she was 16 and there was a 10 year age difference? I don’t see why people are treading these celebrities so differently.
And the people saying they were dating before she was 18 didn’t even read the post or know absolutely nothing about Hayden because she had a boyfriend Stephen Colletti and she was with him even when she was 18.
26im sorry but its not like milo saw hayden on tv one day and had his people call her people and bada bing they are together. they worked 12 hours a day together, did events together and were pretty much around each other all the time, its one of the reasons why co stars end up dating (and fizzling) all the time. i really some people are reading waayyy too much into this. he is a star of a major hit show im sure if all he wanted was 18 year old tail, he would be able to get it.
27I agree with Cadet. It seems that Milo's only attracted to her "beauty" not her "brains" -- I use quotation marks because I'm not sure how much she has of either. I support the notion that love is not defined by age but c'mon, a little decency would be nice. No matter how "grown up", responsible, mature, wise, WHATEVER she seems, she's ultimately much more inexperienced than he is. If they want to pursue a friendship, that wouldn't be a problem. But to me, it's pretty clear that Milo's in it for the bedroom-benefits.

She would know that they were at different periods in their lives and the two of them together would cause problems. I don't believe Milo wants her because of her personality but because she's young, new, fresh and nieve. If he did date her secretly at 17 and they did have sex then he would be seen as a phile in some states.

Take this couple out of the Hollywood arena and what you have is the creepy dude who graduated high school 12 years ago but still goes to all the high school parties, buys the underaged alcohol and couldn't get laid by somebody his age if he paid for it. THAT'S why it's creepy. We all know this guy. The one at my school was named Darrin. Being 18 pretty much equates to being dumb enough not to see past the "creep factor" so there's no blame on her part.

45I work with senior HS students who are turning 18 or are 18, I just turned 30. It is yucky to me..and it should feel the same way for them.
