After an awkward red carpet moment involving Ryan Seacrest, Gary Busey and Laura Linney (how's that for a random foursome?), Jennifer Garner bounced back and smiled for all the cameras on the red carpet at the Oscars. Methinks she'll be washing her neck ASAP. The dress is Oscar de la Renta and she was very open about the fact that without her stylist Rachel Zoe she would be totally lost come award season. It's a far cry from her everyday park-wear with Violet, that's for sure.

btw, juno is 100% ellen page...and then the parents and jason bateman...jen garner was replaceable...keri russell would've been more believable to be with jason bateman's character...

11Okay, I'm going to disagree with everyone. I don't like her look on the red carpet. I think the haircut and eye makeup make her look old; her face is just not as fresh as it usually is.
12They have publicly said they do not do red carpet together. Ben is going to be on Jimmy Kimmel so that is probably where he is. I love the fact that they do not have to be glued together at all times. Gweneth Paltrow does not haul her husband everywhere she goes. AS for these "feelings" you are getting - if a couple is going to split up, do they go out looking at houses together?? Adn keep in mind - all the public appearnces he made with Lopez and when it came right down to it, he decided he didn't want that kind of life. So he married a grownup that doesn't have to hang on her boyfriend all the time like she is 14 years old. Quit looking for trouble adn get a life.

14Sylvangirl , I am with you on this 100% and me suspects a little bit of spite in BennayAfflecky4evah as if a username like that says much about your life! Seriously. Garner's face looks like a cougar for 36, heavy early onset plastic surgery that will get heavier as she gets older. She's starting to look like that catwoman that lives in NYC. Why is posing with your husband a big deal? In a few years, they are both going to be pushing 40. Does anyone give a crap at this point? She doesn't exude a gentle grace or sex appeal. She tries too hard while it comes natural for someone like Angelina Jolie. Garner strikes me as a bickering controlfreak 24/7 with a sarcastic vibe about her but then again that's how Ben supposedly is so they are perfect for each other. I'm so glad JLo got away from him although I do think they were a much better couple. JLo made him come alive. Now he looks lifeless.

20love her...i think its safe to say that she could of kicked gary buseys' ass if she had needed to...she did do alias for 5 years...she could kick most guy's butts. also, jen and ben have both said they will never walk the red carpet together because they think that condones the behavior of the paparazzi..for those of you wondering why they weren't together on the carpet.

27She is one of those "starlets" who think they're so sexy, beautiful and Stylish. Sorry Jen, let me be the first one to tell you you ain't. In one of the pics, she almost looks like a tranny/shemale. And I hate when she pouts her mouth so much, it makes it worse.
Put your new balances, checkered shirt and outdated jeans back on. Thats where you belong and you know it too.

31She looks great. I said somewhere else that she manages to glow at every red carpet event. I forget, looking at the casual everyday pics of her, how very gorgeous she is. Wished I could pin her hair out of her eyes when she presented, though!
I don't even know that I'm a fan. I can't tell if it's all sincere, her sweetness and down to earthyness, though people who know her insist it is.
Did not think her reaction to Busey (did she know who it was, even?) was all that becoming, although who's to say how any of us would've reacted in the same situation?

33her dress is pretty nice, but not amazing like some people's dresses in other years, thinking like julia roberts vintage black and white number several years ago, or nicole kidman some years ago as well.
her makeup job is horrible and that is her makeup artist's fault.
she exudes confidence except that she looks extremely tired, which is understandable considering she is a hands on mom and taking care of her daughter violet - it seems almost all on her own, judging from the pictures.
i'm much more impressed with jennifer garner as a person than with christina or nicole or britney. she seems more real - i can relate to her. the stars who look perfect don't have as much character as she does.
