Katherine Heigl followed her big glamorous Sunday night at the Oscars (jazz hands!) with a Monday morning of furniture shopping. She was one of the red carpet favorites with her old Hollywood style, but definitely looked a little nervous (and admitted it) when it was her turn to take the stage as a presenter. It's okay Katherine, it's not like very many people were watching. Instead of being there to calm her nerves, her husband was off on tour and unable to join her for the Academy Awards. Well, it looks like she's busy nesting and getting their home ready for him to return to LA.

The new hair looks a bit better, wasn't a fan of it when she first got it cut but now that it's had its growing pains stage it looks cute.

23I used to like her but she is annoying every time she opens her mouth (even on Grey's)- especially since she went off on the Isaiah W- T.R thing.
I did like her look though and the hair is cute. The red really worked.
Alba hosted the scientific blah, blah, blah awards. I think they just pick girls that are nice to look at for these awards that get the shaft and are on another night- not with the real ceremony. Last year they had ScarJo do it- much more talented than Alba but still they at least gave them something nice to look at.
24I laughed when she said how nervous she was ... like them cats in the audience care; half of them were probably like who the heck is this woman?
25i'm so tired of seeing her all over the place. i think that it's sweet that she was so nervous - but what was the deal with her makeup? she looked like a cupie (sp?) doll with too much makeup and bronzer.

29I actually really like her - I think alot of people don't because she shows her flaws more than the other celebrities do. She's not trying to be something she's not, she's just trying to be a normal person that happens to have a fantastic life and job. At least that's the vibe I get from her. I thought she looked great at the Oscars and hey, she got an invite, so why not go?
Oh and I LOVE that sweater she's wearing!

37I feel the need to step in a say something nice about Katherine after all the bashing going on here.
I think she's gorgeous and I think she looks great here, especially love the sweater and her hair looks hot, even more so if it's "day after" hair.
Also to all the people asking why she sould be at the Oscars. At least she is in fact a movie star, Heidi Klum and Seal (who I also love by the way) aren't even actors and your not bashing them for going and there were plenty of other non actors there.
38I adore Katherine. She exemplifies to me the way a movie star/celebrity should look and act. She is going to be a huge star in the future. Hey, if Julia can do it, so can Katherine!
