Angelina signed a huge contract with St. John in 2006 and is obligated to wear their clothes to big events so I guess we know what she is wearing to the Globes tonight. Turns out she is being pretty particular about it. We wouldn't expect anything less from the actress who has been very put together recently however some are labeling her a diva. Here's more:

2If I was OBILIGATED to wear a certain designers dress then I would be picky too. She wants to look her best. I dont think its diva at all.

St. John is a famous fashion house well know for their very high end and rather conservation (aka boring) knit apparel. Angelina knew that when she signed the contract and if she didn't want to wear their clothes, she shouldn't have signed.
How shallow to be so concerned about a dress? After all, people are starving and didn't she go to the Oscars as Morticia one year?
9Well, it's not like there's any proof that she's acting picky. It actually doesn't really fit with her whole humanitarian, granola way of life, anyway. So who knows if this is real or just some rumor.
10ummmm considering the fact that she has helped tons of people around the world who are starving I think the lady deserves to look good at an awards show- she still has a career to be concerned about. In all honesty if you think that she is being shallow then arent we all. Everyday we pick out clothes and try to look are best. 14I would be picky too, St. John's make some pretty knit wear but they aren't exactly known as cutting edge evening wear designers, and they tend to be geared towards the older women, as they signed Angelina to appeal to a younger clientele.
Either way I'm sure she'll look good, but I agree, she's been looking ffrail lately, she looks very tired in pictures, and her features don't seem as dramatic as they used to, but with three kids under five I'm sure there's a good reason!

19on the dress she's wearing in the picture, I really don't like it. Things that are supposed to look dainty and feminine shouldn't have a clear view of the bra. 24Why wouldn't she be picky? Wouldn't anybody be picky if they were going to have their photo taken 10,000 times and have video of them be broadcast everywhere? 28I believe her contract allows her some say in what she ultimately wears for them. It would be the same if her contract was with Dolce and Gabbana and the only reason she didn't sign a contract with designers like them is because St. John agreed to donate money to a charity of Angelina's choice.

She is looking more anorexic than before, and with all the reports of her returning to her former heroin use ( six months or so ago with Marilyn Manson), she looks like warmed over death. St John has a younger, hipper line and evening wear, which has really alienated their older crowd of fans who liked the classics.

48I think it depends on what her contract actually is as to whether or not she can be picky.If she signed a contract saying she would wear their clothes to events, then she can't really complain. If she has a say in the clothes as part of the contract, then complain away!
