Mischa Barton looked surprisingly hot, both in the summer-y way and just looking good, out magazine shopping in LA yesterday. It fit right in with her general strategy of counteracting bad news — this time being formally charged with four misdemeanors for her December DUI and marijuana possession situation — with a positive photo op. At least this time she just looked pretty rather than beating us over the head with her innocence. You all seem to be fans of a more wholesome Miss Barton, but we can't forget about her scandalous streak just yet.

I'm sorry but I think the reforms on Marijuana laws are outrageous. Pot is NOT a drug. It has been used as a medicine before our country became the US. Hemp was used for a lot of industrial purposes.

I stand with other politicians and celebrities who have urged to push the legalization of Marijuana. I could get more in-depth or I can post 2 links.

Sorry, Molly but I have no idea what the hell you are talking about! Smiling

Every time you post about Mischa you claim she is staging a photo op to offset the effects of all her bad behavior, beating you over the head with her innocence, etc.

As far as I can tell she is just going about her normal every day life and she has always looked and dressed "innocently" as you would call it (pastels, florals I assume you're referring to?)

Not sure what your beef is with her, but she is fairly boring and irrelevant, and quite far from scandalous. Dont think this should be considered damage control!
