Brad Pitt channeled his younger A River Runs Through It self walking around Texas between takes on Tree of Life yesterday. Seriously though, how hot does he look with the shorter hair and no goatee? My middle school self is very happy. So hot. The Jolie-Pitt clan is currently in the Lone Star state while he films, but are rumored to be taking off to more French pastures to await the arrival of baby No. 5. While Brad is hard at work acting, Angelina has (typically) loftier aspirations. She just published her most recent Op Ed piece in the Washington Post about what she thinks we should do in regards to Iraq. 5I read AJ's piece in the Washington Post.
She knows how to talk word soup. She still said a bunch of nothing except we have a moral responsibility to rebuild their homes...ok, she's been saying that exact same thing for months, even before she went to Iraq. Tell me something new, she's been there!
She says the soldiers want to stay and help, maybe some do, a small few, my brother is over there and I know for a fact he wants to come home as well as all of his friends ASAP. So I don't know where she gets that consensus by only talking to a few soldiers over lunch! She expects us to re-build their homes that, as she puts it, we have destroyed. Really, when did hey give us a dime for all the money we have spent on them already and the lives we have lost trying to help these people already.
Most of these people lived in SHACKS to begin with, they had no real plumbing, or AC, and in many cases no electricity. Brad and AJ have millions and to build 4 walls and a roof, would be nothing to them. Brad likes to think he's a architect, so let him go over there and build a few houses or show the people how to do it for themselves. Get all the Hollywood bigwigs and do gooders to chip in a do something right now for these people instead of letting them sit and wait for years for help to come which will happen with government red tape. Yes, if AJ wanted to do something right now for even just a few families she could. IF she really wanted to. $5000.00 in material would be all it would take to build shelter and compared to the shacks they were living I'm sure it would be welcomed. She could do that 1000 times over if that is what was top priority on her mind, because we all know she gets what she's after. Why hasn't it happened? Because her main goal was to get more positive attention for herself. Yes, she probably wants those people to live better, but I don't think it was her first priority. I think HERSELF was her first priority. People can call me a hater, have a different opinion or what ever, it doesnt matter to me, it is what I think, I won't change my mind about AJ. You can't do the things she's done, say the things she's said, and then do a complete 360 and pretend to all of the sudden be something else.
Here's something Angie you could do that would be "morally responsible" of yourself..go make up with your dad and let him be a grandfather to your kids! Oh wait she can't because she's still selfish person deep down.

13Xena all Angelina is saying is that the US cause this mess and he has to fix it before leaves Iraq. Nost just because it's the US moral obligation, but because if the US doesn't do it is creating a situation that will be a threaten to the the US national security -- the reason you went to war in the first place, or so you told the world.
I don't know what Angelina relationship with her father as to do with this article, but Angelina has every reason and right to not want in her life and in the life of her children an abusive person. Her brother has said many times that their father is an abusive man that made their mother's life an theirs a nightmare.

it's funny to see how much hair can really change how a person looks. i wasn't into the long 70's style hair that he's had for a while...but i'm not sure about this. at least we can say that it's most likely for the role.

I went through a lot of bad and naughty things when I was in my late teens/early 20s. It's a fact of life. Of course Angelina isn't perfect, but she has grown up and I don't care about her mistakes before. Now that she is an ambassador for the U.N., obviously she cares enough to ask for help. I liked reading her last piece in the Washington Post.
So let's stop holding the past over other people's heads, and have respect for people that do something with their celebrity money. I am middle class, and can't afford to go to a fancy restaurant every week, but I do donate to charities. THAT is at least something.
