Hot off the presses: Kate Moss and Sienna Miller were spotted hanging out in London today. Looks like these two have buried the hatchet after Kate got mad at Sienna for stealing her style and friend, but admittedly, their reunion was for a good cause. Kate's BFF James Brown (he's also her hair stylist) organized an auction of his famous friend's old clothes to benefit Cancer Research UK. Kelly Osbourne also got in on the fun, although it looks like she and Kate were both hurting a little after Thursday night's festivities. Rhys must be pleased that his girlfriend and best friend are getting along, but we'll see how long drama-queen Kate can maintain this truce.
