Yes she's worth it. She is amazing on stage even when she's high. I'm not saying her behavior is right and maybe she shouldn't be glorified but this is the Fashion Industry and there are MANY INDIVUALS like her. In the end at this present time Amy is doing much better than she has in a while and if during her treatment she See's and feels what the experience is like sober it might encourage her to kick the habit . I've seen her live and it blew my mind.

i think everyone who is saying that just because Amy Winehouse has or had a drug problem that she isn't worth a million dollars should reconsider their comments and think on the fact that addictions are out of the addicted persons hands, It's hard and scary to get help, its just the same as eating disorders its not simple, it doesnt mean you are a bad person, or a dirty person, or that you dont deserve the same treatment as everyone else, it just means that you are in a vulnerable position in your life that you need a lot of help and support to get out of, if you dont have first hand experience with these types of things how would you ever know what goes on inside the head of someone with an addiction? so I think you should keep your comments of that sort of nature to yourself, because there could be people on these very forums with problems who are offended by it, its not very considerate.

Definitely worth it. She's a LOT more talented than many of those other girls out there. She's unique and not scared to be different. Sure, she may be an addict, but as others have said, so are many other actors and musicians out there. Lindsay Lohan's an addict, but do people stop watching her movies? Britney Spears' behavior is pretty bad, but do people stop listening to her music? Just let these people do their jobs.

Seriously, drugs have nothing to do with the quality of an artist's material. Performance maybe. Should I throw away Sgt. Pepper, Electric Ladyland, or every Bob Marley album I own because their lives were as drug influenced as her's? No.

Amy Winehouse is amazing. I love her voice and her songs, very soul-baring. She may have some problems, but she's working hard in fixing that. She writes her own songs, composes her own look, she doesn't have people do that for her, like most so-called "artists" do nowadays.

Having said that, I hope she shows some respect by showing and performing to the best of her ability, and letting everyone know she's worth a million bucks and then some! Paying her a millon dollars to perform is not rewarding her for her bad behavior. she is an artist with issues, we all hope she can work through those issues, but if she puts out good art she deserves to be rewarded for it.

To me it depends of how much normally an artist is paid to do those shows. If someone more established than Amy Winehouse, like like say Alicia Keys, is paid less to do the same thing then something is wrong. So as long as she makes good use of her million dollar (meaning not to buy drugs) than It's guess it's okay.

But in the end I think Amy Winehouse is much rewarded to be the hot new thing in the media: she's constantly in the media glare, 99 percent for the bad reasons and people at Louis Vuitton sees in her an opportunity for good publicity. The fact that she's actually recognized for her talent is icing in the cake.
