While ex boyfriend Matthew McConaughey is running around with Jake and Lance, Penelope got herself a cute new pup to pal around with. Apparently Penelope is "doing great" since their split. We like Penelope and Matt together but didn't think it was for the long haul. I wonder who her next a-list man will be.
