well knowing that part of the reason that they broke up before was due to his partying lifestyle - and knowing that he's changed - i can't really see any issues with this couple. i like them together - she's adorable and so is he....and they seem happy.

Kate is far from "just hanging out". Kate presented her Glamour Reel Moments short film, which was her directoral review, at the Miami International Film Festival. I certainly hope has changed.

I think you're jumping to conclusions here. It's nothing but rumor so far. As someone previously posted, Kate is there to premiere her short film at the Miami Film Festival AND she is with her son. I'm a little disturbed that some of you guys are calling her a slut just because she's got a social/love life. Who says that she's sleeping with the guys she's pictured with? She hasn't been with Chris for a couple of years and there's only been confirmation that she's been with two guys since - Owen Wilson and Dax Shepherd, the rest are just rumours. I think it's a real step backwards for society when we start labeling women as "sluts" just because they are actively dating. She's young, single and gorgeous - why shouldn't she be able to go out and have a good time without being called horrible names? So much for progress.
