Agyness as best dressed? Fearless, sure! But best dressed? From her clothes to her strange, fake name, I sometimes think she's trying too hard. I know she's all over the place right now. Lovely girl--she just doesn't scream BEST dressed to me. Maybe "Brightest Dressed" or "Top Wearer of Too Many Accessories".

Nooooo! Who judges these lists? Agyness is not dressed well, her outfits look way too contrived. I don't always like what Kate wears but she never looks like she's tried too hard, it's effortless cool.

I like them both! Kate is always beautiful, but I do think Agyness has a very unique sense of style - she can pull off anything.

If she was going to be toppled by anyone I don't know why it would be by "latest craze" Agyness.

Kate sold herself out a little with the topshop line. Most of that stuff looked like designer knock-offs!

She's looking more and more like she's trying too hard (fashion-wise), and like all that coke snorting and partying isn't affecting her looks and her school-age child's life (celebrity-wise).

KAte will always be number one style icon - how many copy cats are out there? she can rock every style - rock , elegant , edgy, boho - you name it.

rosey_y you're right it's all about " The Next Big Thing" but it's not just limited to fashion - everything in the celeb world is like that - sexiest this and that , people's fave actor etc- it's all about who's hot at the moment.

i really think that kate should have held the top spot. she's always been fabulous - even when she was having a tough time in the tabloids...

Agyness is a joke. I agree with ASpoonfulofSugar... she tries too hard. There's nothing effortless about her, she lied about her age, she has a fake name, and her look is simply about being as OTT and outrageous as possible. There's no way she deserves this!

please, kate moss deserves to be on the top of that list. she always looks effortlessly fabolous. agyness does have a unique and funky sense about style but most of the time she just comes off as trying way too hard.

I'm such sushibananas - I'm not a big fan of Kate's but she does dress nice most of the time. I don't agree with the Tatler list AT ALL, it seems to me that they are just shooting for people who wear very adventurous or slighlt insane outfits!! I think Heidi Klum should definitely be in the running, and also Rachel Bilson, Anne Hathaway and Eva Longoria.

Kate is soo overrated, I'm glad she's been knocked of the top. I love Agyness but wouldn't agree that she's best dressed - she has fun though.

I don't understand how people think Kate's style is still "effortless". For the last year or so, to me, it looks as if she trys very hard, and looks very, very trashy.

I read on People she's on her way to a pub. I guess it'll all be ok when she's voted Best Mother. Seriously, she's always galavanting and never seen with her kid...ever. Every mother I know and usually every celeb mother is at least seen with their kid once in a blue moon. Except for Britney.

Agyness looks like an idiot and the name is ridiculous and pretentious in all the worst ways - as are the deliberately hideous clothes. The 80s was actually quite a chic decade, but dressing like Fun Boy Three isn't.

I agree ASpoonfulofSugar. I think Agyness' style is unique and interesting to look at but I wouldn't call her best dressed.

Something about Kate's style is just amazing. She always looks effortlessly chic...never contrived. I'm not sure Agyness' look is as natural.

I have no problem with Kate's partying, as she doesn't seem to harm anyone else but herself, it seems to fit her whole it girl lifestyle.

I just always forget she has a kid. I think I'll just pretend she doesn't want her daughter in the spotlight, which is why she is never photographed with her, and that she rolls out of bed every morning at 11, after going out to the pub the night before, and takes over for the nanny for the rest of the day. She has a pony in the country for her daughter, and they spend the afternoons riding and picking flowers or some crap like that. When she works during the day she takes the night off at the pub and stays in reading to her daughter with milk and cookies.

Okay clearly I am an optimist...I'm just sayin...ya never know.
