I was beginning to think we'd never have a quiet day in Britney Spears' world again and while we still may be jumping the gun, things are certainly looking up. Yesterday was another good one for the troubled pop star who stopped by a medical building with her dad before grabbing lunch. She was back in her red boots for the afternoon out, which is thankfully just about as exciting as things got (turquoise bra coming in second). Most of you seem to think she should take legal action against Heidi Montag for making that "duet" without permission but I can't say I'd blame her for wanting to stay away from the drama (and the court room) for a while. Plus, there are rumors that things are over with her and Adnan after she found racy text messages from another woman on his iPhone and proceeded to throw it in the pool for him. Who knows, but it would be a) funny and b) nice to see him go.

as for the adnan thing - woo hoo! he really is scum...being married still and hooking up with britney - and we all know that it was just for his own publicity - to make a $$ or something. i'm glad that she saw the text and i hope that it ends things

Please take 20 minutes out of your morning to style your hair. While I'm sure the messy ponytail on top of your head is super-comfy, it looks like crap. Why bother with the designer clothes and shades if you look like you've just stepped off of the treadmill?

26I doubt the X17 story because it comes from News of the World, and Sam. Sam isn't a very reliable source. He's just upset that his source of income for exploiting Britney is dried up. Really, he should just leave the family alone to deal.

29she looks so much better than she was looking a few weeks ago. i will focus on that and just stop there. probably best if she wasn't in a relationship right now and just concentrated on getting the help she needs and her boys.
