Gwyneth Paltrow was looking happy and healthy (thankfully) in Valencia, Spain filming her upcoming series about Spanish food with Mario Batali yesterday. Batali kept a few steps behind while his blonde counterpart enjoyed her flowers and stroll. Considering her duo of recent health issues/scares I wouldn't blame Gwyn for being wary about her food intake, but with Mario by her side I'm sure she was happy to chow away. I wonder if her adorable little Apple and Moses got to come along for the Spanish adventure this time.

5She's not actually eating much of the food - her diet is strictly vegetarian/macrobiotic (read an interview). I think Mario does the eating, Gwyn adds glamour. Love her shorty, messy hair, way cool.

9Yeah I don't really understand why she is doing this show because like moisville said, she is veg/ macrobiotic. So it's all kind of fakery, isn't it? Or is she off her diet?
10I definitely hope she's off that diet! PC as it might be, it didn't seem to do much for her--anything that contributed to the withered-before-her-time look she used to rock can't be healthy for you.

19when is this supposed to air again? This will NOT be a snoozefest with Mario Batali in it!! Have any of you read the book "Heat" by Bill Buford? Batali seems like a jolly and VERY outspoken guy. He will most likely make this show interesting.
20i still think that this pair is an interesting miss match but i think that it could be an decent series to watch. it's the serious side of mario and a different side of gwyn that we've never seen.

22Her hair!! I can't believe she cut it. I wonder if it was illness related? She really had the healthiest, shiny long hair. That said, short is cute and young!
