Demi Moore is the perfect spokeswoman for her new movie Flawless because, well, that's how she always looks. Whether by nature or nurture, Demi achieves it yet again for the cover of Harper's Bazaar. Inside she poses with her three girls, who are quickly becoming starlets of their own (looking at you, Rumer). In the article she talks about her unusual family dynamic and what it means to be a role model. Ashton chimes in, too. Here are highlights:

- On why women look up to her: I have tried to approach my life with a desire to face my own fears and insecurities, you know, to blast through my limitations and then take what I have learned and find ways to share that with others. Sharing is the greatest gift we can give ourselves, and, believe me, whatever I may have done so far, I have barely scratched the surface of what I am capable of doing.
- On Ashton and her girls: He initiated the discussion. He jumped in and said, "I want you to know that I don't take coming into children's lives lightly." That was within the first couple of weeks of our relationship, before he had met the girls. They are my priority, and I've always been sensitive to their feelings, but as the parent you can't allow your children to dictate what's right for you.
- On the dynamic with Bruce: Look, I'm the product of divorced parents, and my brother and I were the pawns in my parents' game. I never wanted that for my kids. At that time, I could not have seen what a gift that situation was, but without that experience, I would not have known there was a different choice to make in my own divorce . . . You know, I didn't get married and have children so I could get a divorce, get remarried, and get along with my ex-husband. But since that is what happened, I am grateful it turned out this way.
- Ashton on Bruce: He's a great guy. Great guys make great friends. I just had to get over my ego, which was screaming, "This guy used to sleep with your woman," and I listened instead to the little voice inside that was whispering, "This guy loves and cares about your woman." Once I did that, it was a cakewalk.
Man, that makes me love Ashton. I have to say that I'm always impressed seeing how genuinely amazing the whole situation seems for everyone involved (and the incredible amount of maturity on all parts). Not too many people can work that out.

thats nice..am glad everyone get along
1Good for them. Nice to see that they all get along.
2That must have been hella hard!
3Awwww! Very sweet.
4I never think of Rumor and the word "starlet" together. Too soon to tell with the other kids.
5I don't get it? Why are we looking at Rumer to be the next starlett???
6As I watched the fourth Die Hard movie (for about the 10th time) last night, I wondered just how awkward it was between Bruce and Ashton at first.
7Please dont let Rumer achieve Starlet status. What for??????
. Hey both parents seem nice, so it is most likely!
8Nevermind she has the biggest butterface I have EVER seen.
I know, that wasn't nice. But I cant help it! Its so odd how 2 such GORGEOUS beautiful people can produce such a child.
Maybe she is nice???
What a wonderful article...I am glad that they are all happy with the situation...if only all divorces and remarriages could be so blissful!!!
9i really like the ashton could be such a good guy in the whole situation. he could have been a jerk and made everyone miserable. i like that he got over his ego.
10Flawless Family? Rumer is ugly! Mr. Potatoe Head!
11whoooooaaaaa I was trying to be nice about it earlier....but there you have it.....kidoe said it. LOL
12role model? starlet? together with lohan they have their own private idaho.
13they let the youngest daughter dress way too old for her age, she looks like shes my age and shes what? Like 12 or something?
14the covers of BAZZAR always look awesome!
15Sounds like a good article. I don't usually read Bazaar but I might check it out.
16Do any celebkids go to college or do they all just use their parents' money to shop, go to clubs and drink and drug the night away?
Exactly who is Demi a role model for? She doesn't do anything either.
17it's good that they all get along but i can't help disliking ashton and demi.
18Why did her and Bruce get divorced again? Its been so long now I cant remember. God they're old.
19Rumer's a starlet? Since when?
20that is so sweet, rumer im sorry i beyond ugly, and the youngest child is dressed like a a million dollar hoe
21She looks good on the cover. I hate to say it but its a shame that the kids didn't get either of their parents looks. But, its good they all get along so well!
22
pink
23i love this women sooo much♥
24I feel really bad for Rumer, with comments like the ones above I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before she has her young face "worked" on
25It's fantastic how they get along for their kids, very admirable. And doable - I until recently got along well with my ex, for the sake of our son. My current husband and ex get along great. But since my ex recently remarried someone not comfortable with what we'd worked so hard for - it's now all down the tubes. So Bruce - do not marry an insecure woman! And keep putting your kids first, it's great and such a gift to your kids!
26The whole thing is like a recipe with strange ingredients. Everyone tells you it's good, and that you will like it, but you just don't want to try it out.
27im sure she will be allright, i doubt she comes on pop to read we call her MR. POTATO HEAD
28More celebs pimping out their kids.
How nice.
29I love Rumer! And hey, it's about time we had an "ugly" starlet and all aside, I think she is abso adorable!!
30Ashton's comment is so mature and insightful. Not what I expect from the Punk'd kid. I'm glad they all work so hard to make it work.
31reneenay, put your glasses on honey. the girl's a potato head. they all look like hookers in a "classy" brothel.
32
rumey needs to practice her angles
33Y'a know...I REALLY don't care. And I agree with the comment that celebrity kids don't do much and have a future of maxing out credit cards than making a positive difference in the world.
34Rumer needs to disappear. what kind of pose is she going for? possessed and constipated?
A starlett is someone who has talent and has worked hard to get into Hollywood and make smart choices. Rumer first off is not talented, butts in with Hollywood folk and tries to hook up with Lindsay Lohan types and party. You have done nothing and shouldn't be getting any attention. Disgusting.
35Bruce, Demi, and Ashton are the sexiest threesome in Hollywood. I love that they are all so friendly, that's great!
36Didn't Rumer already drop out of college?
I don't see why anyone would expect her to be very attractive compared to how her mother looks, because her mother has had dozens of plastic surgeries to look this way. For all we know, she might look a lot like her mother did if she hadn't had work.
37I'm starting to love them together.
38Rumer is the ugliest. Hahaha!
39well, to present demi moore as an example of looking great at her age is a bit of a cheat considering all the work done on her. if she had not had the work done, the resemblance between her and her daughters would be much more prominent i believe...
40I'm agreeing.... Mr Potato Head. Which would have to suck when you have a mother (plastic surgery or not, she's HOT), a father, step-father, and two younger sisters, who are all freaking gorgeous.
41Hopefully she's got thick skin and can take the comments, because as those younger sisters get older and are in the media more and more, the comments are going to get louder and nastier.
oh, and LOL at the "possessed and constipated" comment! Hilarious.
42What hurts me is that Demi would seemingly showcase her daughters like that: wearing clothes and accessories worth thousands of dollars...what kind of positive message is that? 'I am Demi's daughter and I am better than you in every possible way; my parents are Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, my stepfather is Ashton Kutcher, I am wearing designer clothes, I have a PERFECT life. I am perfect, can't you tell!'
That is the message I see. It severely hurt my feelings and jolted my self-esteem. Why would they want to show off themselves like that? 'Here I am in this world' does not mean brandishing yourself in BAZAAR magazine.
