Maybe they were just all sharing a limo and Tom was making a stop somewhere else but he wanted to be a gentleman and walk them to the door. I mean, face it, if the paps had caught pics of him in the limo/car/whatever and he didn't get out, then it would've been, "Tom refuses to join Katie and Posh for dinner".
