Mischa was caught kissing a new boy in LA yesterday however this is not her supposed new boyfriend, Brett Simon. Considering she looks like she's in costume we're thinking maybe this guy is a co-star but you never know with Mischa these days. From the headband I'm guessing it's not that Gossip Girl role she just turned down. Between Mischa's flower child look and Rachel Bilson's tough girl image, it's clear the ladies from The O.C. are looking for some change these days.

20I know I am in the minority here but I like her style and I like her outfit. She is a pretty girl but I think she has the ugliest legs. They have no shape and since she put on a little weight they look even worse. I like the headband look but I am sure I am not brave enough to wear one in public. Especially since I live in the South.
