my sis went to summer camp with her years ago (mid-90s) and she was apparently incredibly sweet. it's a shame what happens to some people when they get famous. i really, really hope she gets the help she clearly needs. i know that a lot of people (celebs or not) treat rehab as a revolving door and i'm really praying she gets her stuff together again. i can't be snarky about this.

I think Blohan had an abortion and OD'd a couple of weeks ago at the Marmont. I also think her mother needs rehab.

oh, and i hope this will also be a wake-up call for her mom who seems not to care about anything other than sponging off of LL's fame

Jess Ness..that appendix thing was stinky mcblinky at best..you don't spend like two days in the hospital and go straight to clubbing the moment you are released. That was ridiculous. And the time in the hospital before that for exhaustion and the bandage on the "fractured" wrist that was there forever and never really on correctly..the girl has serious issues none of which stem from physical ailments that do not involve alcohol or drugs... in my opinion. Just my opinion popples!!

Of course this won't hurt her career..she will re-emerge born again and be in every magazine talking about her awakening and how bad her problem was...

yeah Im totally with you on that Ima. I know that even when they do surgery on someone who drinks everyday they have to give them a special IV so that their body doesnt go into shock from the sudden lack of alchie

Used to love LL...along with Hillary Duff and all the other adorable teen stars...but they all have the same problem now. They are caving to the pressure of the older, stupider girls like Paris. Eat something! Hopefully LL will come out of rehab looking/feeling great!

I seriously think nobody believes the whole appendix story anymore. Her hospital track record is crazy. I bet you she knows every nurse there by now. In her recent pictures she looks super strung out. She has these huge dark circles under her eyes now. I wonder if she will still be the spokesperson for Proactive and Miu Miu now

I am just thankful she is getting help. I was proud that Keith stayed and worked the whole program. It showed he wanted to get better. Lets hope she has the same commitment.

Good luck to her. Many many people get too caught up in the scene. There's nothing wrong with getting some help to improve one's life. We are all human afterall.

Well it's about time LL. I really am rooting for her. I loved her in Mean Girls-- but she's never been the same since.

I have a feeling it could be a publicity stunt, but if it isn't I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs and completes the program.
