Kate Bosworth is looking gorgeous as ever on the cover of the April issue of Marie Claire showing off her sexy wavy hair. Now that she's in promotion mode for 21, we have a feeling we'll be seeing Kate show off lots of red carpet looks, but in the interview we get a glimpse of how down-to-earth she really is. Here are highlights:

  • On getting older: "I just turned 25, which was a weird one. I feel like I had this quarter-century crisis. Whenever I said before that I was 21 or 22, everyone would say, 'Oh, see, you're so young.' And all of a sudden, you hit 25, and people say, "Oh, right, uh, OK.' And you're like, 'Uh, what do you mean?"
  • On relationships: "Orlando and I were both in the public eye. So this [current] relationship [with model James Rousseau] has been a little easier that way. And I feel like I'm in a different stage of my life, to be honest. With Orlando, we were younger."
  • On her upbringing: "I'm an only child, and I think I was raised as a tomboy in a certain sense. My father was outside playing sports with me all the time. One of the first things he did was teach me how to throw. Whenever you see someone blonde, people immediately think she was a cheerleader or a sorority sister or something. And I was never that type."

Love that Kate can mix girly-girl and tomboy and still manage to look fabulous at all times. As for James, we're big fans of Orlando's but it's hard to imagine Kate doing anything these days without her cute boy by her side.
