21why wouldn't she have a great body? she's reached 40 and hasn't had any kids and her looks are important to her career. sharon stone has rockin body too, same thing never had any biological children and that's how she earns her living.

47I think she looks better now than she did when she was married and/or on "Friends"--she definitely looks healthier, and not scary skinny; maybe being single and free of the constant 'lose-more-weight' pressures of a tv series are good for you!
Self did an article about her yoga routine last year; I think she looks like she's been doing yoga and pilates. I'm naturally curvy (I have a similar body type) and have started doing yoga and pilates and am seeing results like this--I'm still curvy, but my arms and legs are more toned, and if I'm consistent, I see increased muscle tone in my abs.
