There is a social hierarchy in Hollywood (where isn't there one) and Diddy just didn't make the cut at the CAA party. Poor poor Diddy.

I don't understand this either. What did he do to not be allowed to come into the party, he hasn't done much bad in the press recently unless you count that faux fur incident with his clothing line, but I doubt that's why they didn't let him in.

That's very strange, I can see why the B-Listers would get denied, but Diddy is still very much an A-Lister! I love Diddy's last album, with all the duets! It's incredible.

But I think there's different levels of A list. Even at the Golden Globes there was a pecking order to where people sat. There were even different tiers and if you were truly A-list movie star then you were on the main floor given tables numbered with single digits. If you were an A-list TV star then you were on differnt floor level. There was an entire article about it and it was extremely detailed. I think the same attitude holds true for the after parties.
