Britney Spears didn't flash a smile, but we're happy to see her out to dinner with both of her parents at Paradise Cove Beach Café in LA last night. The company she's keeping these days seems a lot healthier, though her ex BFF Sam isn't a big fan of the commissioner who extended the restraining order against him, and filed an objection [1] to the judge last Friday. As of now though, Sam still has to stay away from Britney until at least April 16th [2], so hopefully he won't be out to celebrate Britney's return to TV next week we're so excited about [3].
