I think it's sick that Denise is bringing the children into the divorce. She may be bitter about his cheating, gambling, etc, but I think to say he is a danger to his children is ridiculous. Well, I read the entire 17 page document that she filed against him...and I don't know, I kinda believe her. It's way too detailed and graphic for her to just make it up...and if it is true, well, then I'd keep my kids away from him, too. It’s really hard to get a restraining order against a family member, estranged or not. The judge has to believe that Charlie poses a threat and if it took 20 minutes, chances are it was pretty clear. I don’t understand why so many of you are pro-Charlie. He’s a known screw-up. His near adult daughter can attest to that as can the string of exes he abused. All the Heather vs. Denise B.S. aside, I have a hard time believing that Charlie isn’t at least 90% responsible for this break up.

Also, do you know how badly you have to screw up for a woman who’s 7 months pregnant to kick you out? A LOT. I’m sure he outdid himself this time around and it’s best that Denise not air that stuff out. After all, he is the father of their children and whatever she says about him will hurt them someday/

i agree i wouldnt let my daughters within 10 feet of charlie. and its sad cause i thought he cleaned up his act but he has fallen off the wagon. as for denise she is no prize either but i guess all is fair and love and war. i mean not for anything richie is majorly wealthy and she is on the d list.

EP - I have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. It's so freaking easy to get a restraining order it's silly. A male friend of mine is going through a very messy divorce and his ex-wife was able to get a restraining order just by telling the judge that she felt he was a threat to her. There was no police report & no one testified on her behalf. I was in the courtroom with my friend & his family and none of us could believe that the judge granted her the restraining order.

Don't get me wrong, I think Charlie Sheen is a pig but Denise Richards just rubs me the wrong way.

Charlie does not spend eought time with his kids , and when he does, that is supervised.

Charlie was physically and verbally abusive to Denise, AND when she was holding little Sam. Not to mention all the child pornography he would view on his computer...scary. I don't think Denise is perfect, by any means, and yeah it's sh*tty she hooked up with her BF's hubby, BUT to me, that pales in comparison to what Charlie did to her.

I can't believe Richie left Heather Locklear for Denise. Heather seems to be more classy and a better mom. Denise is trashy and the proof is that she married Charlie Sheen in the first place. I feel the most sorry for the kids, they may emancipate themselves at an early age.

Well, I have to say I think Charlie is WAY worse, not only is he abusive, he's addicted to gambling & prescription drugs, child pornography, and he has a history of spending thousands of dollars on prostitutes. Denise hooked up with her friend's hubby, and went to Europe without her kids. Yeah, that's crappy she did that, but no way you can compare the two if you ask me.

It's easy to get a restraining order in a divorce, especially when kids are involved. Judges usually err on the side of caution. Just part of the usual dragging your spouse through the dirt in a messy divorce. Lawyers are paid to make them sound as bad as possible.

I didn't bother to go read it, but it's only what Denise and her thousands of dollars of lawyers say happened. It's not like Charlie was every charged and convicted of looking at child porn or all the other stuff. (And yea, it's pretty serious crime, so why didn't the fed confiscate his computer and check it out?)

Not that Charlie is any poster child for good behavior, but I'm not inclined to condemn him based on what Denise said.

Well, to be fair, I would imagine it takes a little bit of time before they can charge him...they have to investigate first.

As much as Denise does not look good for the whole Ritchie thing, the things said about Charlie were not good, & if true, it's probably best to keep him away from Sam & Lola.
