Despite a difficult situation on the East Coast grandparent front — sick grandfather, grandmother in a car accident — Lindsay Lohan was back from her NY trip and showing off that bod in a skintight dress around LA yesterday. I'm sure it's a nicer LA to return to since those sex tape rumors were dismissed. She spent her day shopping, grabbing coffee, showing off her favorite cigarette-quitting-helper Arriva (don't care about denials, she so works with them), and grabbing sushi at Katsuya.
