Keri Russell had a lot to smile about at Sundance this weekend, where she attended the premiere of her new indie flick, Waitress. What is even more exciting is that the former Felicity star has just confirmed that she's pregnant with her first child. People reports that the actress and her fiancé Shane Deary will be having their baby this summer. No wedding date has been set so they may be following that latest Hollywood trend of baby before marriage. Stay tuned.

4congrats to keri! the sad thing about her flick, "Waitress", is that the co-star/director (Adrienne Shelly) was murdered last year. it was a pretty big deal here in nyc. she mostly did indie stuff, although i first heard of her through a Law & Order guest spot back in '00. i hope the film does well just as a testament to ms. shelly

Not to say people have to get married, but my god if you are going to CREATE A HUMAN shouldn't you feel really sure about your partner? it makes it look like people want babies but are putting their love lives first by not committing. yech.
25shortsugar, i know plenty of people who are unmarried and have been that way for years, with kids. they are totally committed to each other and their families, just don't feel the need to justify it with a piece of paper. to each their own.

30Man... i just got married (12-16-06) and from the day i found my dress - we were double bagging that sucker until the wedding night... there was NO WAY that i was going to let a little accident happen... my dress was AMAZING - and it wouldnt have been with an uninvited guest =)

34i really didn't like her at the beginning when Felicity started but she seriously grew on me , and now that she's older, she's even more beautiful, and i think she's one of those young actresses who can command a screen - Heck, i even watched MI3 just to see her, since it had been a while... well jonathan rhys meyers was also a good excuse to watch the movie!

See, I think Im the only person that actually loved that hair on her. I remember when she did it, everyone flipped out and it was this big fashion "tragedy". I thought it looked great on her. She's got the type of face that anything would look great on her-she's so gorgeous. I loved her hair before the crop, of course, but I really liked that hair cut. She looks great now, in those pics but I think I like the curly hair more. I LOOOOOOVE natural, long, spiral curls.
45I think she looks gorgeous here - I have the feeling she'll be the kind of woman who looks really pretty when she's pregnant. You know how some women just look stunning and glowy and stuff? Well, most do, but some more than others.
As far as the babies before marriage stuff - some people need to be far less judgmental in my humble opinion.
