I HATE HATE HATE HATE Avril. I think I hate her even more than Paris Hilton

She is the most pretencious wannabe stupid twit to ever come from Canada. Her music is crap- she has absolutely NO TALENT. Her bahvior is disgraceful- remember spitting on the papz?? She tries sooooooo hard to be sooo punk. Which by the way is not even close to being punk. It the industry idea of what is punk. She seriously looks like she shops at Hot Topic all the time . She always is saying stuff like Im going to kick your ass then she "sells out" and tries to clean up.

I really wish she would just go away and never ever ever ever come back.

I like Avril, I never considered her punk. Stupid ass labels. I don't think her music is the best or the worst coming from girls her age. I think she has talent and potential.

I love Avril both ways. No matter how she dresses, it's evident that she is just being herself. People label her and call her things that she doesn't claim to be. I think that no matter how she's dressing, she's just being Avril. She looks gorgeous no matter what.

I personally like the chic Avril but I disagree with the haters out there. First off, when she came out as a supposed "punk," she was only 17. At least she never released a sex tape or banged 3/4 of Hollywood like other starlets did or took her clothes off because some flashed dollar bills at her(cough Paris cough Lindsay). And for that fact alone, I respect her.

I think she's snobby and self absorbed and she really has no reason to be. I admit I have her very first cd but it hasn't been played in years. This girl is someone I forget about until Pop brings her up.

I like her voice. It fascinates me. As for her look, I like the way she looks both ways. I like when people feel free to dress the way they want instead of worrying what other people think. I'm not brave enough and I certainly don't have millions of people taking photos of me, ready to critique at the drop of a hat. Just my seven year old telling me, "You look wierd, Mom." Ha ha.

And I hate all the stereotypes/labels/whatever that everyone puts on hollywood. Who cares if she wants to wear pants with skulls on them one day then wear a nice dress the next?! Does it matter? That makes her a poser? Maybe she likes to wear 'punk' clothing and likes to dress up in dresses and look gorgeous sometimes.

I know I wear jeans and band t-shirts on my lazy days. But then when I'm going out somewhere nice I love to dress up in a fancy dress.

Funny thing is all of her "punk" clothing is not punk. It is highly commercialized version of punk. Todays music listeners and fashion consumers really do not know what REAL punk is. I personally thinks that she TRIES wayyyyyyyyyy to hard

I like that she goes back and forth from punk to chic. It's fun changing your style, and it can make you feel like a different person sometimes. If you can go from dressing like a punk, looking cute, to dressing chic, looking beautiful, why not take advantage of that?
