Lindsay may love rehab but apparently the other residents are not too happy with her. They think LL is getting special treatment and her coming and going so much is not normal. She's gone to get her Mercedes serviced and to the grocery store. Apparently she also has her masseuse, hairstylist, and make-up artist there to pamper her. We know we are still seeing just as much of her these days as we did before she ended up in rehab however, her rep denies the special treatment. TMZ reports:
Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lindsay's high-powered publicist, told TMZ, "Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the 'Today' show, they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that."
Sloane also wanted to set the record straight about Lohan's recent hospital visit: "For the record, she did have her appendix taken out."
Leslie sounds a little defensive, but you can't blame her. Her job as Lindsay's rep has got to be absolutely exhausting!

15Isn't it ironic the way people like Lindsay feel that any publicity is good publicity and will do absolutely anything to stay in the public eye and consciousness, thinking that it's good for their careers and popularity when really, acting like a desperate, pathetic idiot only makes people hate them. Clearly she has big problems (passing out in hallway at golden globes, sneaking vodka in a water bottle after claiming sobriety, being hospitalized for being dehydrated)....these aren't little problems that she can just got to "relaxed" rehab for 7 days & think she's fine.

35I think it is sad how she is using AA and rehab for publicity. These are programs that really help some people, and I can only imagine how her behavior is affecting the group of people that are actually serious about getting sober at that facility.
What a ego maniac. When her, Paris, and Brit were in the same car it would have been nice if they would have just driven off a cliff. So tired of these self obsesssed "women".
