SAG Award was boring. i watched for the first 30 minute, then watched something else. nothing exciting! no big stars like brad pitt, angelina, jack nicolson and etc.....i think huge stars do have a tremendous influence!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Betty White from the Golden girls was there because the entire cast of The Mary Tyler Moore show was presenting an award and she was in that show as well.

As for the show, I enjoyed it but was bummed Leo and The Departed didn't get any awards. Loved Chandra Wilson's acceptance speech!

Yay for Forest Whitaker & Chandra Wilson! I like them both so much. Kate Walsh looked gorgeous. I love Hugh Laurie. He & Eric Dane looked yummy!

I love awards show season!!!! Of course Helen Mirren and Forrest Whitaker had to win for best actors on a leading role! They're awesome!

I thought the whole Mary Tyler Moore show looked very nice. People age, it's a fact of life. But at least they're aging well. I hope I look that good someday!

That said Congratulations to Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson!!! A first SAG award ever for each of them. I'm so happy for both of them, they were outstanding in Dreamgirls and they totally deserve this recognition!

I recorded it. I'm going to watch it tonight.

Ellen Pompeo's speech was the worst! The cast of Mary Tyler Moore looked FANTASTIC!

While Ellen definitely flubbed her speech, I felt Kate Walsh's reaction to her accidentally saying her name was a tad bit annoying. God forbid she makes a mistake.

I was so excited for Little Miss Sunshine, The Office and Chandra Wilson! Yay!

I am the only person who was a bit miffed that not a single other Best Actress nominee bothered to go? I mean, yes, Helen Mirren is going to win, but your fellow actors also nominated you, and you should be there to recognize that and support HM in her moment. It just really bothered me.

And Forrest Whitaker is so cute - he is so clearly not used to this kind of recognition at all and he so deserves it!!

I just read that Meryl wasn't there because "the actress has been forced to pull out of attending the SAG Awards because she's co-hosting the 10th annual benefit for Harvard Medical School's Center for Health and the Global Environment with former US vice president Al Gore."

I thought the SAG awards were pretty good.. everyone looked great.. I was flipping the channels about thought 9as usual during award shows) and I do believe Brad and Angelina were no shows because her mother died saturday.. my condolences to her.. my mother also died from cancer.. very sad

That Abigale girl from Little Miss Sunshine (Im totally blanking on her name now and It's not on this page) totally reminds me of Kirsten Dunst when she was little and just starting out. She has the same facial features, smile, eyes....It's so weird. I just noticed that.
