Rumors have been circulating for a while that Jennifer recently had both her nose and boobs done. Instead of heading over to Oprah, she talked to People Magazine to clear the air. She did undergo surgery on her nose for a deviated septum. As for those great breasts? Well, once again she is saying they are all real. You'd think that she'd be annoyed by having to address the whole thing, and she probably is, but publicly she just laughs it off. Here's more:

I wouldn't have blamed her if she just would have said, "You know what? My boobs are really none of your business!" Or perhaps she can tell us what to wear to make them so fabulous. It's refreshing that she's able to keep a positive attitude through it all.

A deviated septum is a common physical disorder of the nose, most frequently caused by impact trauma, such as by a blow to the face. It can also be a congenital disorder.
The nasal septum is the membranous ridge of cartilage in the nose that separates the nasal cavity into the two nostrils. Normally, the septum lies centrally, and thus the nasal passages are symmetrical. A deviated septum is an abnormal condition in which the top of the cartilaginous ridge leans to the left or the right, causing obstruction of the affected nasal passage. The condition can result in poor drainage of the sinuses, leading to frequent infections or the growth of nasal polyps. Patients can also complain of difficulty breathing easily, or of sleeping disorders such as snoring or sleep apnea.
It is common for nasal septums to depart from the exact centerline; the septum is only considered deviated if the shift is substantial or is adversely affecting the patient. Many people with a deviation are unaware they have it until some discomfort is produced. But by itself a deviated septum can go for years without being detected and thus be without any real need for correction.
In most cases a deviated septum can be corrected with a minor surgical procedure known as a septoplasty, which enters through the nostrils and cuts away the obtruding matter. The surgery is performed quickly but the patient may take several days to recover.

21I think any woman knows that our breasts (the real ones, that is) have different appearances for different days, in different bras, and in different shirts. Not quite the fluctuation that Lindsay Lohan has had, but still. Anyone who saw that Vanity Fair a few years back with Jen in a wet t-shirt knows that she's had the same nice (and not huge melonish imlant-like) breasts for years.
22In defense of her boobs. They look pretty much the same to me. In that particular dress, they are just taped and pushed up. As for septum surgery. . . whatev, that's so common, and can be considered a medical necessity.
Her reputation is mild (as opposed to drugged up, clinicially insane, *sshole or jerk) and she is just adorable. Still don't get why people single her out. She seems sweet!
23And even if her breasts are fake, why should she have to admit it? I have one girlfriend who wears weaves all the time, and gets livid when folks ask her if her hair is all hers. It's rude because it's her hair, store bought or home grown, as she puts it, and it's no ones business if it's fake or not.
Same thing applies to Jen. Personally, I think her breasts look a bit too perky for a woman her age, but they're pretty and they're on her chest, and that's all that matters.

25I don't think her breasts are fake. They don't have that ridiculous 'bolted-on-half-grapefruit'look that seems so popular these days. And if a woman hasn't had kids, or gone through a lot of big weight fluctuations, someone Jen's age probably wouldn't have saggy breasts.

32She's not lying about anything. A deviated septum is fairly common and easily repaired (just had mine done finally after suffering from crappy sleep and sinus infections galore for years).

39Oh but u know her well enough to know she`s shifty, and a b*tch. funny thing is she seems to have more friends that love her and support her then just about anyone i`ve read about, i`ve never heard anything bad said about her from the people who really do know her. all ive ever heard from people who have met her are very positive things. i find it hard to believe that someone with so many friends could not be anything but a really honest person.
40I like jen too. I like her persona. She comes across as a very warm person. Yeah the friends bit is reassuring. I think she's a royal friend. I would rather have her as a friend than jolie anyday. I think jolie is hard work..I admire her principles but I have mixed feelings about how jolie+pitt advertise their humanitarian works the way they do. I think their children are pretty confused too! How many kids get to travel as much as they do? Do they understand it all? Also their kids are already famous! I honestly don't think it's a good thing for children to be in the lime light. It'll screw them up later.
