I think Jen should do some dramatic movies. I think she does a good job in either dramatic or comedic roles, but I think that she could do great work in a dramatic role opposite a great leading man. Think of it...her staring opposite Matt Damon in a thriller or something. It would be great! I don't think she should limit herself to just doing action work.

She's not as bad as coco arquette...but I think she'll look better in a few years. also, I love Jen in movies, esp comedies--she was so fantastic in Thirteen Going on Thirty.

I agree. Its just my opinion also. Looks aren't everything. I guess it goes with that theory that pretty people make not so cute kids. and vice versa. But I am willing to bet she has a really cute personality.

Sarah100, I think it's just that second pic that's making her look not so cute. usually Violet looks absolutely adorable. In that second pic she looks kind of startled. Funny that even a baby can have her "not so great" camera days! LOL

I am not a huge fan of the baby's looks either( I am going to hell) but she looks like she may grow into her look. She will change a lot. The cutest baby to me is Kingston.

I'm one of those people who HATES to say that babies and little kids are unattractive, especially since they usually outgrow their funny faces. But Coco Arquette is really an awkward looking child!

I agree dulce that the 2nd picture isnt good at all and maybe even worse than normal, but I have never seen a picture of her that I thought made her look cute.

I think Coco is cute however.

Whatever is going to make her feel satisfied artistically while still being a great mom and wife. So whatever she decided will be great.

I agree I hate saying kids aren't cute, but alot of times you are right they are just in ackward stage and grow out of it. Hopefully this will be the case for Miss V.

I have seen some UGLY babies (including my cousins but he is cuter now) so I kind of have something to compare babies to and little Violet is definitely cute. She will grow into her looks like her mom has

I think Jen should make a few more good movies before she drops out of the scene. I think at her age, she can still get a lot of roles and still have another baby in a few years if she really wants.
The reason I say this is because I do think she has what it takes , and there are not a lot of women in Hollywood that can play several types of roles. I think Jen can play many different people. Once she hits 40, the movie roles become MUCH harder to get, unless you are Nicole.

Jennifer should take a break from Hollywood and concentrate on her family that matters more to her anyway.

She is a GREAT actress and I think that she should do it all. Romantic comedies don't do well anymore no matter who stars in them, and C&R's sales don't reflect on her abilities. It is just the market now.

I think she would be great in a thriller, romantic comedy, anything! I could really see her winning an Oscar someday, as long as she doesn't get stuck in "action" mode. Alias had a lot of action sequences, but she proved that she can handle very complex drama as well.

I like her romantic comedies! She's better in that genre than the action films.

Why should Ben quit when he's been trying so hard to make a come-back ? He's almost there.Given her limited range as an actress, and since her name obviously doesn't carry a movie box-office wise, may be she should stick with breeding, and getting a few small parts in indie movies from time to time, along with being Ben's n°1 fan. Let's hope that baby number 2 is a boy, cause Violet is rather ugly

who says Catch and Release didn't do well it was in the top 5 in the US and has done well in ratings on both netflix and imdb and it did better per screen than stomp the yard and night at the museum....so i don't understand the question

"Catch and Release" was a really cute film. I liked it a lot. And I think Violet is an adorable child.

How does one declare, in good conscience, that a baby is ugly? That's kind of harsh. Are we that obsessed with appearance that we judge babies?

I think Violet is really cute especially in the first pic when she's smiling with only a couple teeth. She looks a lot like her mom so obviously she's going to grow up to be beautiful.

I'd take her! I love Violet. She looks like her mom but don't see Ben...yet. I think Jen should do whatever works for their family. She's blessed with having the option of going in direction but I think she's really an earth mother type like Angelina, and so I wouldn't be surprised if Jen chose another baby and less work. Both women are lucky to have partners who seem like the "you stay home if you want and I'll bring home the bacon" and so I doubt working is high on the list.

It would be nice to see her have another baby as pretty as Violent. She is gorgeous.

Maybe it's time for Jen to do "serious" Oscar-worthy movies. I think she could do it. Other than that, she does action and TV well. Or you know, just be a fantastic mother to Violet and any future Garner/Affleck progeny.
