ABC celebs came out to the Television Critics Association summer conference to promote their fall shows. A few of the Desperate Housewives appeared to remind us that this was a hit show at one time. They are apparently returning more to their roots since the ratings tanked last season.
We are looking forward to cute Scott Wolf in The Nine. We also think JJ Abrams' new show Six Degrees sounds intriguing. 1What a surprise the scary one (TH) aint there...I wish these women would get over themselves.
My male friend who is CEO of a Advertising agency said he once hired a woman as head of account management and she never promoted a woman...why don't women work together?
The only time it did happen was Friends but SATC and DH all end up falling out with their competitiveness...it's like being in school...who has the best outfits, best shoes, hair etc...god it is exhausting.

5Eva's fake tan is so obvious...look at her feet. Ya know, she's got olive skin naturally, like I do, so why mess with it? I SO hope this is DH's last season.
6Calista has a new show??? What is it about?? We are like 6 months to a year behind you guys. They only started showing Lost a few weeks ago here in the UK. I have seen it all already.

Oh wait, I found a blurb: Sally Field has been cast in a regular role in ABC’s new fall drama Brothers & Sisters. Field will play Calista Flockhart’s mother in the show.
8I'm very much looking forward to the ABC fall lineup. I really enjoyed What About Brian, and 6 degrees looks pretty promising as well. BUT the show I'm most looking forward to is Heroes on NBC ♥
9Felicity Huffman inadvertently made the perfect choice in posing with Eva Longoria--it makes her look absolutely gorgeous (not that she isn't to begin with). Eva does nothing but annoy me.
10I had the biggest crush on scott wolf back when he played bailey on "party of five". i'm glad to see that he's still cute (i was also in love with charlie (matthew fox), who just gets hotter and hotter with age).
11sally fields is maybe 15 years older than calista. so not right.

14i love scott wolf. yes he reminds me of michael j fox, but when i think of mr. fox i get so sad and long for the good ol days of him being on every channel in syndication atleast.

16i have never watched the show so i couldnt tell you other than the fact that everyone found it boring. my guess is the girls got too much publicity and everyone got sick of them.

21I'm delighted to see that some of these shows actually look like they'd be pretty good! With the end of Will & Grace, Charmed, and possible ending of Gilmore Girls after this season, I need my TV!!!!!!!
22None of these shows sound like hits except for the Scott Wolf show. I'll be watching "Grey's" and "Lost" only. Some of the other shows seem like they would make better movies, but shouldn't last for weeks. The Calista Flockhart show sounds like movie of the week on Lifetime. Don't be surprised to see most if not all of these shows get cancelled by sweeps. Also unless "Desperate Housewives" gets better than last year I'll be skipping that one too.
23Desperate story lines are just WAY cheesy, and me personally, if I want that kind of cheese, and over the top silly story lines, then I'd watch daytime TV.
