I do agree to the earlier comment that parents should be responsible for their kids but I'm glad they are on the cover of Newsweek. I think most Parents these days don't realize who the hell these two skanks are and what they are doing. I don't think they read up on them every day like the kids do or some of us gossip mongers do My teenage daughter does and she thinks they are both nasty but I think that is because I do to and we discuss it. Openly. What if she read about them all by herself and had no friends or had friends that idolized these two and didn't talk to me so she ended up wanted to be like them? Who KNOWS what she would be doing. It's hard enough raising a teenager - I don't want to raise a teenager that idolizes Paris or Britney.

It would be nice to see a young women who doesn't constantly party in the spotlight.

I talk about Liv, and Lindsay, and Carmen Electra and Mandy Morre etc. etc. etc. being gorgeous. I think Paris is vile and that's what makes her UGLY to me. There are important issues going on all over the world. And Newsweek has this as a cover HORRIBLE!

I think that in my posts, if you looked at the ratio of positive to negative comments about celebrities, there are more positive ones.At the same time, I am allowed to express my opinion about celebrities, and I think with certain ones, like Paris Hilton, the ugliness inside is plain to see. I don't just come on here and say everyone's ugly, and mostly if I say something negative about someone's appearance it is in reference to bad hair or bad clothes-things that can be fixed. I say "mostly" because although I can't think of a time I have called anyone ugly in regards to physical appearance, in case there is a comment like that somewhere in my comment history, although I doubt it.

Yes pink, most celebrites ARE vaugely attractive, usually with the help of makeup, except Fergie of course And I'm LMAO that Rocky is convinced that none of us are as pretty as Sh*tney! I couldn't think of a worse insult !!!

Sure we have the right to say whatever we want. I live in the US where there is freedom of speech. And you know for a FACT that none of us are as attractive as Britney or Paris? No. No you don't. I've seen pics of a lot of sugarpopples and many of them are far MORE attractive. I'm not in any way jealous of someone like Paris Hilton. I am talented, relatively pretty, happily married, and I don't have to resort to porn, flashing my bits, doing drugs, and making horrible statements to get attention.

First of all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder let us not forget. Second, I believe the physical comments are being made as a reflection of their personalities and the way they carry themselves. If Jennifer Aniston had a hook nose we would probably embrace it the way we do her nose now because she's Jen and has a pretty nice personality, etc...

well, when i was a young teen i really didn't look too much to the popular stars for what i wanted to be. so it's hard for me to understand what could be going on in a young girl's head when she starts dressing like Paris Hilton at 12 yrs old.
but some people don't worry about it, i've seen halter tops in the young girls section. halter tops? i think it's a bit to early for that.

These are the things, as a mother to a daughter, that I don't want to think about but need to.
