Jessica Simpson may be famous and gorgeous, but she's also human. Shocking, I know. Not usually one to talk about her personal life (you know, after that first experiment with voyeurism didn't go so hot), it's exciting to see that she opened up about her feelings --yes, even those associated with a certain Lachey and his VJ of choice -- in the March issue of Elle. Here's highlights:
- "Oh, it hurt me," Simpson tells Elle in its March issue. "Two or three weeks later? Yeah, I'd say it kind of hurt me."
- But Simpson, 26, says she's still in touch with Lachey, 33. "He's so much a part of my life, how could I not be? Any guy who's going to be with me from this day forward has to understand that."
- "I want to tell you everything, but I have to sew my lips together," she says. "It's hurt me in the past." (Still, a glimpse of her e-mail inbox reveals a block of about 10 e-mails from Mayer, including one with the subject line, "Texas girl.")
Though, as a not-so-closeted Simpson supporter, it's hard to admit that she and Nick are better off apart. It finally seems, however, as if they've both found their better paths. Sound mature? 3I didn't like her when she ended things with Nick. In some interviews, she made it sound like he was a burden she was free of and that seemed pretty disrespectful. But it seems she has grown up a lot from the way she is handling things with Mayer, and I wish her the best in the future.

It's fact according to tabloid gossip and since for whatever reason people believe hearsay from unnamed sources and interpret photos whichever way they choose, it's 100% fact. The absolute truth.
I think Jessica married someone who she realized she shouldn't have decided to get a divorce and is now exploring different relationships. I don't have a problem with, but apparently it's a crime. Who knew.

Jessica Simpson hooked up with guys after her divorce. She was way too young and immature to be married. Luckily for her she was smart enough not to have kids. There's no crime in what's she doing. Britney should be doing the same thing.
20As for the backlash, I agree. A couple of years ago everyone talked about how 'hot' and 'sweet' she was. Now, she's being called a tranny. Well, I never thought she was hot or even pretty; she was OK looking — the blonde hair and big boobs did a lot for her. Now she just looks worn down.

I have NEVER been a fan, and NEVER will. Sure she is cute, but at the end of the day, she is famous for one thing,. NEWLYWEDS. If it were not for that show, we would not even be talking about her still. I don't think Jessica Simpson is asking for sympathy. Neither her or Nick Lachey deserve sympathy. They simply broke up. They never should have done that Reality show, which she admitted above.
Of course it hurt to see someone she was once married to move on with their life without her, but she never said a cross word about Nick Lachey, nor did she run to try and get him back, she moved on with her life. She started dating other people and is now dating John Mayer. What is the hoopla and why all the hate? I'm just sayin'.

Nick also stated in his VH1 interview that the Maroon 5 guy came up to him one night and told him nothing happend between him and Jessica "while" Nick and her were together and Nick wasn't sure what to believe. There were plenty of reports of Jessica cheating, as a matter of fact it's funny that she seemed to date much less after the divorce than when she was married. All these guys used her up and left her high and dry. She's so gross what did she ever see in the jackass crew???
