Ashley Olsen (that's my story and I'm sticking to it) is in NY this week, but she hasn't yet been spotted at Fashion Week. This isn't to say, though, that she hasn't actually attended any shows. For all we know she was hiding out in a corner, cleverly disguised as a bearskin rug. Or perhaps she has just been standing slightly below the sight line of the photographers. They're wily ones those Olsens.

sorry, but that struck me as a bit mean. i'm shorter than ashley or MK, and have been self-conscious about it all my life. and i don't care if people think i'm being petty here; it just left a bad taste in my mouth. i'll get off my soapbox now (although standing on it put me in people's sight lines)
