Britney Spears is having quite the time in NY. Despite it looking like she was there for fashion week, she's only made it to one show...and the local club scene couldn't be happier. On Friday her reign on dirty dancing terror started out at The Carlyle, but she quickly left that scene because it made her feel old and partied the night away at Tejune. Another night, Brit was out at hot spot Marquee where she had a bit of a fit when the DJ put on a Justin Timberlake tune and demanded that he stop the song (thong in full view, natch). Yet another evening, Britney ended up hobnobbing it with old friend JC Chasez (seen here, braless, in fingerless gloves, with what is presumably her wallet clipped to her pants).
Justin's tour swings through New York tonight, and one surprise guest is already rumored to be showing up on stage, perhaps there will be another one, an ex perhaps, who will make an appearance in the audience?

NO ONE seems to point out in the media (b/c they kiss her butt) that she was two months pregnant with Jayden James at the time when she was driving SPF illegally on her lap. She was NOT wearing her seat belt at the time, so not only did she put her 4-month-old life in danger, she put herself and her unborn child in danger. She is SO irresponsible.
17She is on her way to end up like Anna Nicole Smith. She should be concerned with the welfare of her two boys. WE as a public, don't want her boys to end up like Anna Nicole Smith's son. I truly think she and Kevin BOTH don't deserve to be raising those boys. They have no clue what it takes to be a good parent.
Jayden probably still is not sleeping through the night, who is there when he wakes up while Mom is out partying? Who is there when SPF wakes up at between 6 AM - 7:30 AM, Mom is napping from her hard night of partying. Shame on you Britney Spears! Shame on you Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears for raising such a naive, irresponsible woman. She has no morals or understanding what is right or wrong. They never should have plucked her out of school at 15-years-old. They robbed her of an education and now she is paying the price, but it is her children that are getting the worst of it. 22I just feel sorry for her-- even though she brings a lot on herself, it must be horrible to have no one around you that will step in and give guidence when it's needed. Everyone around her just wants a piece of her... I have a hard time believing anyone in her inner circle is truly genuine towards her, otherwise they wouldn't let her get away with these things on such a constant basis.

I am not now nor have I ever been a fan of Ms Spears. But I do think that the media scrutiny into her life is getting out of hand. I wish they would just leave her alone to her own devices and not document and dissect her every other move.
It's funny when you first read about her antics but the more you think about it the more tragic it gets. Especially when you consider the position she once was in and you look at what has become of her today.
Her haters continue to gleefully flame her and her loyal fans (the few she has left) continue to make excuses for behaviour that for any regular person would be inexcusable.
As someone who's pretty neutral when it comes to Ms Spears I must say I'm finding her disintegration difficult to watch. I just want to shake her and tell her to go home, get some sleep, be a mom and just disappear for awhile.

44The media will stop scrutinizing her life when she stops going out of her way to put it in the media. This is the girl who invited NBC over to her house to talk about how she wishes the media would leave her alone.
She made her millions from being in the media spotlight. Nobody would have blamed her if she chose to step out of the spotlight and live off her earnings, but she continues to put herself out there, so evidently she enjoys the attention.

49I wish I could see her here in NY, but not yet. If I do, I will gently take her by the hand and direct her to the nearest H&M, Limited, and Express where I will proceed to buy her clothes that fit and flatter. And then after that we will find a hair stylist who can take a blowtorch to that mane and fix it all up.
It seems that when one becomes a parent, certain things should change, such as the partying and the skank clothes. If she didn't want kids, then why wasn't she using condoms or on the pill? (Maybe she was and they didn't work...even double-dutied?) Or why did she have sex with Kevin Federlin at all? KEVIN FEDERLINE. Ugh. I'm also taking her to a lobotomist so we can fix her problem with having bad taste in men.
