YOGA CHALENGE: Eagle

Here' the latest yoga challenge for you. It's a balancing pose called Eagle. It's great for stretching out your calves, ankles, hips, and upper back. When you're in it, you can imagine that you are perched high above the treetops, looking down upon the gorgeous world.

This is a powerful pose, but requires a calm stillness and a strong drishti [0] to stay up.
