After the tragic news early this afternoon, we know tons of you are wondering what will become of the many loose ends in Anna Nicole Smith's life. Here is a quick look at what has emerged as of yet:
- The autopsy is scheduled to take place tomorrow.
- Anna's Lawyer/Husband/Boyfriend Howard K. Stern has yet to make a statement.
- At the time of Anna's death, she was with her nurse. Her bodyguard was also there and performed CPR on her before the paramedics arrived.
- Her infant, whose paternity is still in question, Dannielynn is currently in the Bahamas in the care of a friend.
- Larry Birkhead, the ex who claims to be the father of Dannielynn, has not issued a statement, but his lawyer has said that he is "not ok."
- The ramifications this will have on the legal proceedings surrounding her late husband's inheritance have not been discussed at this time.

OMG.. I still can't get over it that she is dead.. I feel so sorry for her 'closest' friends/family... Dannielyn hopefully will have a better upbringing and better life... but TRAGIC knowing brother & mother died within 6/7 months period... This is just SAD..Shocking...

2Does anyone else think it's weird that the nurse didn't start CPR on Anna? According to the TMZ timeline, the nurse called 911 after Anna's collapse and then about 8 minutes later her bodyguard started CPR. Maybe if the nurse had started CPR as soon as she collapsed she could have been revived by paramedics. This is such a tragedy for her baby girl. I hope Anna is at peace now and re-united with her son.
I read on TMZ that Howard Stern, as of right now, is the baby's legal guardian. He strikes me as such a creep! I really hope that baby ends up in the best hands possible, as she doesn't really have a great chance at turning out to be anything vaguely resembling "normal" as it is. I am so saddened by this whole situation.

14I wanna know why in the heck she had a nurse? That seems so odd too me. Plus I agree with the previous poster who thinks Howard had something to do with it, he is shady and a creep.
15They announced the Birkhead wants an emergency "whatever" the legal term is.. too push for an immead paternity test to keep Stern from being the sole cartaker of the baby. Guess he doesn't trust the guy either.. they also say he is inconsolable.
Anna also had a history of infections.. like with her implants.. she was prone to infections and she had a c-section 4-5 months ago and had stiches pop out and an infection.. so who knows? An infection in her blood could have attacked her already weakened heart from ephedra and drugs/alcohol.. and her heart could have given out.
Please Lord let that little girl belong to Birkhead not Howard. And please let a judge final put pressure on the Bahamas to force Howard to submit the little girl to the test.
Thats why she is being cared for by a friend in the Bahamas.. cause if Anna had stepped foot into the USA with the baby the court would have forced an immed paternity test.

18This is just awful. Anna Nicole, despite what many thought of her, was a beautiful woman who cared deeply about her family and animals. I am very sad about it because no one deserves to die so young.

21It is sort of ironic that NOW Larry Birkhead is "inconsolable" about Anna Nicole's death, it wasn't too long ago that he was accusing her of some pretty nasty things. I doubt that Howard had anything to do with it, given that her nurse and bodyguard were IN THE ROOM when she died. I think they might have noticed something.

Regarding the nurse, she was sick from yesterday apparently. Whether this is her personal nurse and goes with her everywhere, I dunno about it. She did have pneumonia in November and was hospitalized for a while so maybe she was still recovering? As for Trimspa, I thought it did not have ephedra but that hoodia thang. I dunno. I am still in shock about this whole thing.

24Plus, I don't understand what everyone has against Howard, has he ever really shown any behavior indicative of being a murderer? Just because he looks creepy doesn't man he is a bad person, I mean, he obviously loved Anna Nicole very much, he is probably devastated over this.

27ashleyk - I think part of the issue with Mr. Stern is that some witnesses haves testified in the Bahamas that he gave the son the methadone and then tried to cover it up. I do believe he loved her, but also believe he manipulated her in many ways.
28I guess we'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see what really happened with her. This is just so sad, but I can't say I'm entirely surprised.

This whole story sounds suspect...I know alot of people are saying she was on drugs but I honestly think someone had their hand in this one.
What do I mean? I believe she was killed, someone set her up. That husband/partner/lawyer or whateva he is wanted that inheritence money...thats the only reason he bothered with Anna Nicole in the first place. Also, she had all these legal things pending including, DNA testing for her daughter.

47I'm disgusted after reading the appalling comments people were writing on TMZ before her death was clarified! Regardless of the many personal issues she had, her death has resulted in a small baby being left motherless! And the fact that people were making sick jokes and wishing death on her minutes before she died for real absolutely sickens me! I wonder how many of those posters had the grace to feel even vaugely ashamed when her actual death was reported! I'm so glad that the majority of Popsugar readers are intelligent & sympathetic, unlike the hate-filled posters you find on so many other blogs!

49Anna Nicole Smith was a woman who left this earth with her potential untapped. She made so many mistakes along the way because she lacked the proper guidance. Seeing her in "Naked Gun 33 1/2" and "The Hudsucker Proxy", you could see that she actually had enormous potential to be a decent character actress, but she was so self sabotaging. Now she's gone, too soon, and has left her daughter behind. I just hope she has peace and her daughter can find stability.
