More good news on Lindsay. She's preparing for her sober, cleaner lifestyle by purchasing a new home. For the past year she has been living at the Chateau Marmont while her condo was under construction. The Chateau certainly isn't the best place for someone trying to stay sober. Instead of moving into her old place after rehab, she's starting anew with a two-bedroom apartment near the Sunset Strip that used to belong to Marilyn Monroe. It's perfect for LL who is a huge fan of Marilyn's. While we certainly don't want Lindsay to go down the same road as Marilyn, it must be cool to live in a home that was previously inhabited by your idol.

16ok, i love Marilyn Monroe as much as the next person, but she didn't do a ton of films and i think what people idolize about her was what media portrayed of her. she had a sad life full of loss and pain.
Lindsay has a long way before she's even in the same league, even if Marilyn Monroe didn't do a lot.

it's great that Lindsay has gained weight- her face looks great. However, she needs to learn how to dress for this body, and skinny jeans are not going to work for her now. She really doesn't have much shape to her legs. A bootcut jean would be better for her.

30I read somewhere that Dina Lohan wants to take cameras to reehab to film Dina being reunited with Lindsay so everyone can see how great Lindsay is doing. This whole rehab thing is seeming more like a publicity stunt than something that is being taken seriously.
LL also needs to realise that she is NOT Marilyn.

Marilyn might be an icon now, but during her career, there were many instances of directors and studios being fed up, and wondering if she was worth the troubles. In fact they were pissed right off, because she ditched filming to go sing a drug induced Happy Birthday to the President. She had called in "sick" that day.
